MyLawnflite 60 RTE broke down during warranty! 4 months on company I purchased it from (Cheltenham Garden Machinery) still saying they cannot source spares. Now having to contemplate buying a new mower despite it being only 10 months old. Dreadful service. Will NEVER buy a Lawnflite product again.
Tried to get sit on mower serviced - local shop refused said they could not get Lawnflite spares.
Ordered spare wheels from lawnflite official website- delivery was supposed to be within 7 days- three weeks later - no indication of delivery date and all emails left un answered.
I have a CR53PS petrol mower. Its had little use on my small plot and is just 5 years old. WARNING BUYERS - this mower is no longer listed for spares on the lawnflite site!!! Blades that are available are 25% of the cost of a new mower. My advice is AVOID this company. As a 30 year Grounds Professional I am not at all impressed and will be speaking to my contacts about avoiding this company. Pay a bit more and buy a Honda or a Hayter for which sensibly priced spares are widely available!
