poor service with little to no directions in the beginning of the day

the staff were super nice and helpful, they gave me all the advice I needed and were really supporting. The location is pretty easy to find.

Early days but so far so good. Good flexible payment options and course seems high quality.

This is an indian based university pretending to be based in the UK. Most of the staff you speak to are based in india. They like to steal from potential students and are filled with staff that are thieves. 5 years later i am still chasing them for a refund of £250 which they refuse to refund. Now i will be forced to file a legal claim.
It is not a fit for purpose university, do not apply and go to a university that at least sits on the league table. They are just selling the name.

Application was very easy.
I love how they supplied us with free water considering how the heat was intense.
The psychology teacher was very nice and informative.
The staff was very nice and welcoming.
I also love how big the university is.

The University delivered a great programme that provided a good balance of theory and practical application. Materials were structured really well so it was clear what I needed to do and when. My lecturer was also very helpful when I was struggling to complete due to work commitments.

The level of support provided by the lecturers has been excellent, and proved essential to me in completing my course. The staff really care about the students and its clear to see. I was able to study entirely online which was great, given I work full time and have a busy family life. Again, staff were supportive when knowing that I had competing priorities.
The course materials were easy to follow, with links to the required reading, and some extra reading. Assessment support was excellent, allowing me to achieve my full potential. The feedback and feedforward was essential, and its nice to see that staff use the full range of marks.
The quality of teaching, including research-led teaching was fantastic. Its clear that staff are fully aware of changes and new research. Some of the staff are leading the way in terms of research which was nice to see, and enhanced my experience. This was clear to see for my dissertation research, where I was appointed a subject expert.
Really loved my time studying at ULaw and would highly recommend this to you.
