I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order on January 19th, it is now March 23rd and I still have no confirmation email or shipment/tracking email. I have contacted Lavish Moms customer service team many times and they keep stating that my package is in transit. Money was taken from my account and no product has been received. This website is a scam.

I would give it negative stars if I could. Ordered the Babyback Sit Up Seat for my first grandchild and they took my money and never heard another thing from them. And my son never received the gift. Boy, do I feel like an idiot. Be very careful, they use different names for selling different items. Just buy USA.

Do not order from this website. Has been over 2 months and shipment never arrived. The company has no contact phone number except for an email inquiry. Horrible customer service and very delayed shipping without any notification. Don’t make the mistake I did and order from here.

Do not buy! Same issues as all the reviews below!!!! Parcel took so long to arrive, then broke after only 1 weeks use and no replying to my emails! Scam!!!

These people are thieves! I ordered a sleepydreams portable baby bed which never arrived. I then contacted Lavish Moms customer service, they responded with a generic email basically saying they cannot help and to check with my local post office and then completely stopped responding to any other form of contact I made. Absolutely disgusted by them, don’t trust them at all and waste your money. I wish i had read other people’s reviews before buying from them!!!

I got scammed too! I ordered the package with this baby bed, diaper bag and blanket. I can't get any tracking and I only receive what appears to be an auto reply to my emails. There is no phone# for customer service! I am so angry! I order this for my grandson due in Feburary! Boy am I mad just thinking about them taking people's money! I hate people like this! That's ok Karma is a b*tch!

SELLING DANGEROUS BABY PRODUCT! Ordered a foam baby bed and it is a horrible quality. It's a cheap fake! No labels, bare stuffing inside, coming apart, thread sticking out. No safety instructions! It is dangerous to put a newborn in this bed, please avoid any business with Lavish Moms.
- Says they ship from the US, posted from Shsnghai.
- Remove the negative comments from their FB page and block you. So all you can see is positive ones!
- Refund plocy: not existant
- Email customer service: not getting a reply!
AVOID-AVOID-AVOID!!!

They will not reply back to emails and they will block your from Facebook commenting. I will just keep reporting the page 😊

I should’ve looked into honest reviews before purchasing from this “company”. I placed my order Oct.12 and have yet to receive a product and it is now Dec.10. I am due with my baby in 2 weeks and can have him any day now and I really wanted it to be here before he got here. I got confirmation about a week after purchasing and never received shipping info or anything . I emailed them complaining about not receiving the product and they mentioned their shipping policy. Understandable. What was not understandable to me was how when I went to the order lookup, my packaged had not moved for 3weeks and info said “origin post is preparing shipment” whatever that’s suppose to mean. I hate ordering things and not receiving them. All reviews on fb are fake. I left a review and it was deleted and I haven’t checked to see if I’m blocked I just been so over them. Asked for a refund 2 days ago and have yet to receive a response . Do not order from this company !! Not worth it ! I’ve seen honest reviews about the product and they say it isn’t what they claim!! The fabric isn’t as thick as they advertise !!

Can i put less than one star? HORRIBLE customer service which sends you 3-4 messages a day if you leave something in your cart, but no reply for cancellation etc. Shipping details is in a different tab than orders, so when i placed my order, no delivery details. My order will probably arrive in a few months maybe with custom fees, maybe it will never arrive. I wrote 2 min after my order shipping is too long can’t do this i will be away, and they are making up fake evidence that my email was later.(took screenshots to send my bf)!!! What a sham... very dissapointing. If anything, go to amazon which sells their product, maybe it actually works and with amazon your safe from their racket.

This "company" takes your money and never send s youbthe product. I ordered beginning on October and still have not received the item. They said that they sent a new one at no charge and I can keep both. Problem is both items are still in China at the origin post being prepped for shipment. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They also blocked me on Facebook because I would leave comments regarding my issues and terrible service. They say I can get a full refund but that has yet to happen as well.

It's a scam! I'm shocked that Facebook would even advertise for them. I'm not sure how they managed that. I ordered the product on Oct 10th I never got anything. They said they're sending a new one. Yeah right! I keep asking for my money back and they're refusing and just giving me the run around. They have been answering my emails but it also seems fake like an auto message. So mad!

I don’t usually Wright reviews but on this occasion I am absolutely fuming. I ordered from Lavish mums on the 30th October and have still not received my item. Given a tracking number but when I tried to track the item no item is showing.
Tried contacting the company and have not had any response. This is a scam! They sell you the item based on the “amazing reviews” but show no bad review! Wish I did some research before purchasing this item! Don’t order from this site please! It’s not about the money it’s also the fact they are selling a product based on all the other bad reviews that potentially harm a baby. Discusting and I would like to give Zero stars!

Terrible company. The product is marketed as safe when it is not certified as safe by anyone putting baby lives in danger. They hide FB reviews and there is no phone # on their site and no real people ever listed. When you try to ask for a refund (in my case 2 hours after I placed the order), they replied for me to look at their refund policy which states only refunds processed will be within 30 minutes of placing the order. After that, they stopped responding. STAY AWAY. Very unethical practices that are putting baby lives in danger.

I never received my package. When I reached out to them they told me it's not their problem and I should reach out to my local post office, which I did, and they had no record of this package. I reached out to them again and was told sorry but not their problem the worst company and customer service ever!

I ordered and was charged on 10/30. I didn’t realized that I didn’t receive a confirmation email until a week later. I reach out to the company on Facebook and their contact page - nothing.
Their Facebook reviews are all fake.
Their Facebook page actually lists them as a funeral service.

I ordered this and NEVER GOT IT !. They dont even have a phone number to contact them, only a email. Been emailing them and it's like a robot that responds the same reply. They are a complete scam still haven't received my money back or anything. I ordered sept 19. Its nov. 10 and still nothing
