Amy dealt with my refund delay and was very polite and promptly sorted the refund.
Would have kept the dress as it was beautiful but unfortunately arrived late for the event I needed it for.

Fantastic customer service from Amy at Lavish Alice. I was a few days over the 14 day return period but Amy assured me that I could still return the dress I’d ordered and gave me very clear instructions as to how to go about it. It’s rare to find a company so helpful and easy to deal with. Very impressed!!

Needed a replacement item and Rachael was very very helpful. I sent proof of return and the new item was sent out immediately. Very good and fast customer service.

Return dress

I had an item of clothing that I needed to return an I was outside of my return date !! I contacted customer service and got speakimg with Ammara she was more than helpful and very polite, made my anxious situation a lot easier for myself an I was able to purchase the right size !!!

I got a very quick reply about my refund and my refund was processed immediately after asking. Rachael was lovely and couldn’t be more helpful!

Do not buy from this company! They do not do UK sizing a size 18 is more like a size 16. And when you return the £125 dress straight away because its too small they do not refund you! Still waiting for my refund thid company is a scam honestly

I ordered my suit on Wednesday evening & it’s was at my door Saturday morning. I emailed lavish Alice about tracking I’d & Amy got back to me right away to help & sort... living in the north of Ireland that was fast..the quality of fabric was amazing on my skin.. it’s even more beautiful in real life than the pictures .. so happy x

I'm not one for writing reviews normally however I was impressed with the customer service from Lavish Alice.
Amy got back to me within 24 hours which is great in itself!
I was disappointed that I was 21 days in and realised when trying to return my item that it should have been done in 14 days. I was so disappointed as what I bought wasn't cheap. I emailed and on this occasion they allowed me to return saving me being massively out of pocket! I was delighted and will definitely use again and tell other people also. In fact I already have!
The dress itself was beautiful by the way and the material was lovely but on this occasion I just found something else that I really liked which is why I wanted to return.

Excellent! I placed an order a month ago, & since then my son has been involved in an accident & my husband & I have had to stay at hospital with him. I’ve only had a chance to arrange a return for one of the items & sadly I was just over the returns window. I emailed my issue across & immediately received a message from a lovely lady called Amy. She allowed me to process a return & just gave off such a lovely, kind & caring vibe - like she really understood that my plea was genuine. Thank you Amy. I absolutely adore Lavish Alice! I adore their dresses and have ordered quite a few and think the quality is just so good, even the way that they are packaged is excellent.

Also, when a delivery didn't arrive because of a problem with The Royal Mail, I contacted Lavish Alice and their customer care person Rachael was just fantastic! She responded straight away and dealt with my problem and a full refund was given as soon as she checked out what had happened to my order. I have no problem waiting for a refund, but what normally happens is that companies just ignore you and then it becomes a huge problem, but Lavish Alice always respond quickly, I can't recommend them enough and a special thank you to Rachael for all her help in Customer care.
