Cold called by a very persistent sales person. She said she was going to send a sample and then interrogated me about my skin type, skincare etc. She was very patronising, lecturing me about ingredients. I indicated that I needed to leave the call for a meeting but she went on and on until I had to just hang up. Dreadful.

Reel you in, take postage cost (so they have your card details) for the 2 free products then before the 21 days trial they take your money and don’t even send you the product, complete scam BEWARE AVOID!!!!

So now they reply and have now sent the product but I have complained to this awful company but still took money before the product arrives, I have sent several emails requesting to cancel this and to cancel anymore products still no response!!

I am so happy with the chat I had with Rob today. He is so very helpful and kind. Customer service with Rob is fantastic and I can’t wait to receive my products the he advised and recommended for me. I know I will be chatting to him again.

The Matanika Age Defying cream is the best product my wife has used and now will not use any other product.

I absolutely love these products I have been using forever and will keep doing so. I recommend all products it's like a mini face-lift after 2 months of use. Brilliant stuff!

I highly recommend Lavie Labs! From the products to the customer care, they really are second to none. No hard sales pitch, just kind gentle understanding of women of a certain age and their needs. I started with the Matinika cream and the ou la la serum on a 30 day trial and I could feel the difference in my skin more or less straight away. For a woman of 49 who has always suffered with her skin, it was a great feeling, as I had been sceptical. I am now using the full range of products and already feeling even more of an improvement to the texture, condition & appearance of my skin. I've actually gone out without makeup yesterday and a friend said, you look well! That's never happened, people normally ask if I'm poorly if I haven't got a full face of makeup on.
My advice to anyone unsure of trying is to give the trial a go, you only pay the delivery and if you don't like the results you can cancel the subscription. I have all the full range and couldn't be happier. Give the guys a call, they are all just so lovely & helpful

I had a phone call this afternoon a man saying he was from lavie labs and that id showed interest in the website? Ive never heard of them he wanted to send me a sample of cream they do asked what skin type I had and said he would throw in a serum for me to try and sent me email which he then asked me to look at so I did he then went on to show me around website whilst on the phone to him so he said I will put both in the post for u but I would have to pay postage of 4.95 so I got my card and gave him details he then said the sample would last for 20 day to then see if I liked it and then this cream would be 44 pound to me as the rep is 59 pound I said I was happy to try and give feedback he then asked would this be something id keep up and I said yes cause I do keep up with my skin care so put phone down and had shower when I got out I looked at the email he sent and it had signed me up for a subscription that 44 pound would go out in 21 days I never signed up for subscription but I see this as a scam anyone in there right mind love to try free samples u can see for urself then if u like items or dont . This is very misleading and im going to look into this further . I emailed and got my 4.95 refunded hopefully they dont try taking anymore this is just a warning to everyone .

I have only had really positive experiences with Lavie Labs. I really love the cream and I was very fortunate to be sent a complimentary eye cream which felt great too. It’s not greasy and very light and nourishing, same as the face cream.

I'm now 85 and very active. Your cream is really "age defying" My skin feels smooth and firm.

Cold called for a trial product use, accept it as who doesn't love a trial of a new product. Only to be scammed into a subscription. Thank goodness for bank notification or my debit orders would have bounced due to this really false representation. Tried to cancel at day 30 and very unhelpful and rude lady refused to refund! Read all the information or you will be scammed too! False
