I ordered a pair of shoes from this online store and deeply regret it. The shoes arrived with horrible quality – they smelled strongly of cheap glue and were definitely not made of genuine leather, despite what the product description claimed. The fit was completely off – the shoe last was so badly designed that I couldn’t even try them on properly.

But that’s just the beginning.

This website is a scam. They claim to be based in the Netherlands, but in reality, the products are shipped from China. There is no valid return address, and no way to send items back for free. When I contacted customer service, they stalled by asking pointless questions about my foot size and measurements, instead of helping me return the item.

After a long and frustrating exchange, they finally provided a return address in China. I paid €60 to ship the shoes back. Weeks later, the parcel came back to me, because the address does not exist. The post office then charged me another €10–15 to receive the failed return.

I ended up losing €130, along with a lot of time, energy, and patience. This is not just bad service – it’s deliberate deception. Please stay away from this store. I hope this helps others avoid the same mistake.
