Beware FAKE store!! They don't have the products, they buy them when you order them. If they send you the wrong product or you don't want it, they keep the money They don’t comply with the law. DANGEROUS website. They stole my money.

I don't know about their service. This post is about the prices. They charge like € 707,60 for a TP Link Deco XE75 Pro, € 170 more expensive comparing to other sites. So, I rather will not buy in their shop.

I ordered a Wacom pen, unfortunately something went wrong, but the people were swift and friendly and I got helped nicely, :) You can trust them!

This is a great company with insane service. I needed very fast a new Cisco switch. Lasystems managed to deliver this from the Cisco Europe central warehouse to our Amsterdam branch office in just 2 days. Other stores where out of stock or +1 week delivery time. Even price was the best since i could not find any lower currently.
Called Lasystems before the purchase to check if they could deliver in time. They checked first with the supplier and contacted me back 2 hours later.
For sure this is our new supplier.

I ordered a laptop to Portugal. The transportation took some time without tracking updates but Lasystems team reassured me it was normal.

At the end everything went fine : updated tracking from the post systems, laptop well packed, good instructions on Lasystems website, responsive team to my emails. Plus I had the laptop at a great deal. All good !

Experienced problems with delivery of the item and LASystems support were super helpful in getting the problem corrected. They also had the best price for a laptop purchased.

I've been looking for a specific component for many months and LASystems had it. After a couple of emails my component was on it's way from Belgium to Sweden.
Finally I could complete my Intel Elements computer.

Quick handling and shipping of a "rare/early access" Samsung 5m cable for the QN95A model. Pretty much the only company in EU, which could supply the cable to Denmark - otherwise only available in UK.

On a Saturday, I've contacted LASystems asking if the stock supply which was mentioned on their website was up-to-date. The very friendly LASystem-advisor said he needed to call the supplier on Monday as the goods were stored in their warehouse. He asked me to put the exact items which I wanted to buy on mail and he would reach out to me on Monday. As promised, he mailed me Monday morning saying that the goods are reserved and could be delivered the next day if I was still interested. After giving my approval and some additional shipping details, I received confirmation of the order and the tracking numbers. The goods arrived on the day which was promised.

Based on my experience, I can highly recommend LASystems. Good pricing, very friendly customer support and open + clear communication.

Delivered all items perfectly along with a warranty card for each part of every item.

They provided easy installation support too and still after 8 months when I called for a small hardware issue in one system they politely supported and solved our issue in a couple of hours.
