Scammer, will sell you old stuff with almost dead batteries, will do the lowest quality work and service risking your life on the road, will lie their teeth out and not even give you the papers and guarantee from the product you bought making me think they sell factory defective stock that they got cheap.

The worst company and team , ive made and order waiting for almost 30 days to my ordet to be ready i try to cancel the order i sent emails spoke and instagram page with the team la souris , whatsup also fill up the forms for cancelation and still no answer. "I had to wait almost a month for my scooter, which was a bit disappointing. However, I can say that the staff were quite kind and helpful throughout the process, providing support whenever I asked for updates. Good service, but delivery times could definitely be improved."
