The website is very easy to navigate and add-on options are very well searchable. I ordered a 147 bottle aging cellar, and energy consumption and comparisons to other models were easy to review.
I ordered my cellar during the black Friday sale, and was happy with the discount.
I contacted the customers service to enquire about delivery times, and I got fast replies both via chat on the website and email. However, the delivery took 5 weeks, which I didnt recognize beforehand, and could have been communicated a bit clearer during ordering.
Delivery was uneventful, by appointment and without any damage.
I am very happy with the cellar and the process, even with the bit longer delivery time. Last point of improvement would be the app (on android) stability. This has been giving some problems while digitally logging the wines in the cellar.

Absolutely unacceptable service
my 200 bottles almost froze since the product isn't working and the temperature sensor is going all wrong.
I have been waiting over 3 weeks now for someone to fix it, no one coming.
I will never ever buy from this brand again and make sure I tell this to all my wine friends

I am extremely disappointed by lack of any support service of this company for defective products. I spent almost 1000 euros for a wine cellar for my house. After only 3 months, the machine broke and, instead of replacing it, the company repaired it. Problem is that is broke again the next year, same issue (it doesn't cool down) but this time no guarantee. I pay myself and the next year it breaks again. The repair company told me that there is a damage that cannot be repaired and each year I'll need to pay to refill the refrigerant. I wrote to the company as clearly it is still the same issue that I had 3 years ago and they said that they cannot do anything about it. If they were a good and serious company, they would have understood that this machine was defective.

Otherwise the product is high quality.
One point to improve is its delivery to the end user as it has been kept for a few weeks at the delivery center not able to know the address of the end user.
I thought I had ordered some volcanic stones in a box.
Result is that it was 19,90 Eur for a box of plastic only.
Not very clear AND very dear!
