Please never buy this lash serum. I used it for 3 months, and had zero result. My eyes got super irritated and dry. It is a scam!!

A truly awful serum! Typical BS serum she just slapped her label on and has no idea what it does. Burned my eye lids and now I have an infection. Really not happy, absolutely avoid.

Lash by maya is a scam!!!! After 2 month of using the product I have no results at all. When I commented that on TikTok they deleted my comment. Do not waste your money!!!

I bought the serum about three months ago and have been using it slowly and carefully. I have to admit that it actually works in terms of lash length and thickness, which I did notice after consistent use.

However, because the product was shipped from China, I initially lost some confidence and decided to be extra cautious when applying it. I only used it along the inner lash line (the roots) and made sure it didn’t spread around my eyes. I always let it dry completely before blinking or applying anything else. Sometimes I only applied it to the corners of my lash line where I wanted more growth.

Despite being careful, I still experienced slightly dry and red eyes, and sometimes some crust around my eyes after using it. The symptoms were not severe, but noticeable enough to make me feel that something in the formula might be drying or irritating my eyes. This is what makes me suspicious that there could be prostaglandins or similar compounds in the formula.

Another thing that makes me question it is the marketing. The brand strongly advertises that the product is vegan, peptide-based, and cruelty-free, even on the packaging. However, they never clearly state that it is prostaglandin or prostaglandin-analog free. If that were truly the case, I would expect that to be highlighted as a major selling point.

The only place I’ve seen the brand claim that the serum is prostaglandin-free is in TikTok comment replies, which doesn’t feel like an official or legally reliable statement.

For that reason, I would like to request an official confirmation from Lash by Maya representatives stating clearly whether the product is completely free from prostaglandins and prostaglandin analogs.

If I don’t receive a clear answer, I am considering sending the product to a chemistry lab for independent testing to verify the ingredients.

Lash by Maya eyelash serum is the best serum I ever used for my lashes. I’m going to keep using it until my lashes grow longer.

I am writing this to express my absolute outrage at the way you treat your customers. This was my first and most certainly my last time ordering from your store.
Intentional Deception: Let’s be clear—including the word "London" in your branding while operating as a non-European entity is a calculated and disgusting attempt to deceive customers. I trusted your brand specifically because I believed I was supporting a European business. Discovering that you are, in fact, a Chinese-operated company shipping from overseas is a fraudulent practice that I will not overlook. I am already preparing a formal file to report your deceptive marketing policies to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
Incompetent Delivery: I explicitly provided my home address for delivery. Instead of fulfilling your basic obligation, you diverted my package to an automated box. I do not know how you operate in China or the USA, but in Europe, we expect businesses to respect the customer’s instructions. I refuse to rearrange my schedule to fix a mess caused by your logistics.
Your behavior is professional negligence at best and a scam at worst. I have zero interest in excuses. I expect an immediate explanation for the delivery failure and a clear resolution.
I sincerely hope that with such a disgraceful approach to business, your brand's presence on the market is short-lived.

I did buy the serum 3 stk and to me it was like wow it did work the smell of the serum is good i do have a sensibility to one of my eye but it was perfect and i have allergy to some products like loreal Paris but to me this product of you it did make wonders it was perfect good to the price the color of the bottle and product is good and i did use 1 time a day it did make his job for the price and for my sensibility is so perfect and make wonders wow like this is must be the products.Thank you that you make this product .Have a nice day

I started using this lash serum in September and finished it last month. I saw very nice results after just a few weeks. My lashes grew a lot and looked longer and fuller. For the price, this serum is absolutely worth it. It works really well and I will definitely buy it again. I highly recommend it.

Terrible customer service. Abusive and rude representatives at lashbymayaa (double a). They claim to be the Middle East side. I am not sure if they are scammers. Do not buy from them.

I brought the lash serum and suffered a severe allergic reaction my eyes swelled and i couldnt see for days. They promised me a refund and never gave it. Very disappointed in this company

I never received my order ! I contacted their support and they made excuses each time eventually saying that it was in transit , next thing it wasn’t . I have requested a refund . I doubt any of the good reviews here are true, go look at their social media page .. it’s an absolute scam . Lash by maya London?? Maybe lash by some dodgy factory in china.

Second time ordering and I’m in love! My eyelashes have grown in length and I’m very happy, much stronger and hardly any lashes fall out now… thank you ❤️
