A while ago I made a purchase from their marketplace for $300 dollars. From the beginning the installation is difficult because they have poor documentation. Support was requested to install and they charged another $100 more. In the end they left an installation half done. At that time my partner and I left a review and Laraship, its creator, threatened us and deleted the comment. I hope this experience helps you never buy your products again. Customer service is terrible.

I don't own the software, for good reason. Their laraship formbuilder cms is mostly just hobbled together from a much of different free packages, which okay whatever, but they have a license called Multi-Tenant which would lead you to believe that is integrated with a mutli-tenancy system which it is not. If they did that, I would say the software would be worth the price and maybe even more, but I am just glad I emailed and asked for clarification before spending 250.00 for something that is basically just a collection of free web applications. Always make sure that you get clarification from a company before making a purchase. I am not rating it 1 star even though I feel like it, but I am giving it 3 stars because what they have may work for other people for a particular use case scenario.

Great products and great people, I expect great things from them in the future. I am using "laraship" and my membership application doing great now and it is incredible how agile they are on new features and updates. looking forward to get their marketplace for my next ecommerce project

great platform, well structured code and plenty of features, I suggest adding stripe connect to laraship marketplace that will be a great addition to the platform, well done

customer service is horrible
you wont get answer and they will threat to terminate your licence
if you face an issue it will take days till you get an answer
it didn't work with vapor so we end up changing the server

working with the Laraship team is a pleasure, I have to build my project using a hybrid of e-commerce and subscriptions and Laraship was the only product of the shelf that I saw that gives me both options under one application, my site is up and running and support is awesome

Laraship offers good options of its products from its website, but when errors appear on the platform, it responds within two to three weeks. If that wasn't enough, your answers are incomplete.

Laraship's experience from installation to after-sales service (customer service too) boils down to an inordinate waste of time and money. For example, when I installed the modules, they were getting errors. After insisting for several weeks on Laraship support, they demanded payment for the installation. Once installed, I saw that the payment module was not working for the market. THEY SOLD THE PAYMENT MODULE TOGETHER WITH THE MARKETPLACE!!! That means they sell their products without being interested in the customer's needs.

I sincerely recommend that you look for other options and don't be fooled by this service.

On the surface Laraship is a powerful system - the only problem is, it is full of bugs, irregularities, and the demo portrays false illustrations of compatibilities and capabilities. Even after spending over a week fighting with customer support, to get assistance as it was near impossible to install on our servers (which we have used for countless projects way more advanced than this) - it was clearly full of bugs as we tried to setup a functional system. The install was a nightmare, for which they blamed our servers, which were more than capable of supporting the system.

Then less than a few days after completing the install, an update to Laravel 8 was released, leaving us with constant error messages, and now we can't update the system, due to the same buggy unpackaging fatal errors their system generated in the initial install.

A system that can't update without intensive development, or a system that takes a week to manage each update, leaving hours of downtime, and days of error messages, just isn't a good choice as a business option.

It is evident on here that the majority of the reviews are not real, as it is impossible for anyone to successfully develop a system based on their buggy build, and the customer support is certainly NOT in any way useful. They constantly point the finger and refuse to help unless you really push them. Even refusing to install the system - despite us paying for installation, until we had basically spent a week doing everything for them. They have also refused a refund, which is in breach of so many Palestinian and International consumer rights laws. But I guess that sums up their business model - take your money and run.

I thought it best to save anyone else the hassle of even contemplating this system. Stay away and at best invest in something more solid, with helpful customer service. As an alternative I would recommend anyone else who have good customer service.

I feel obliged to further add to this review, as since posting this Trustpilot review the Laraship team has been in contact with us and threatened to remove our account and any updates (less than three weeks after our initial purchase) due to our honest review on here. This sort of extortion and blackmail tactics constitutes gross business misconduct. We have no doubt we just threw away our money on this huge mistake, but they will be reported to the correct Palestinian authorities. STAY WELL AWAY!!!

It was the worse service and platform I ever try on my live. Laraship has a lot of bugs and in the end they only want to push you to buy their hosting service that magically fix everything for a very high cost.

Ofcourse they did the impossible with me, solving their own laraship issues.

I forget to say that they could sell to you modules that you couldn't use at all, so don't expect your money back, just expect from laraship some sweet words like: "We're very sorry, good luck next time spending your money with us".

In the end was my fault, I lost quality for looking for cheap softwares.

Just launched my second successful project using Laraship. it saved mt hundreds of hours and reduced the cost 80%, I would definitely consider Laraship for my next project

Amazing and rich platform , you can save your time and effort and feeling relax when you're dealing with the support team ,I really loved interacting with them,they're really professional and they have great expert support team, I highly recommended them.

I have purchased this script to save hundreds of hours of development in team and complete the project within deadline. And I am very much happy that me and my team was up and running in few hours.

However, there were few issue in the script and I immediately reached to the author, who responded always in 30-60 minutes. Not only that, He joined me on my computer to resolve the specific issue.

If your client want the eCommerce custom solution on Laravel, go for this script. Script + Support = Best.

If 100% doubt that you get disappointed buying this.
