Bristol's Best Heating Company
This is a First Class Bristol company offering excellent customer service that I am unable to fault in any way. In the midst of this particularly cold and miserable winter my old boiler packed in - and L and P Heating installed a new one within just 24 hours of me placing the order at a pleasing £800 less than the same deal with British Gas! Very agreeable installers Steve and Max arrived spot on time and worked with great efficiency and neatness to complete the job and leave the house as tidy as when they arrived. Very impressive also was that all calls to the office were either answered immediately or returned within minutes. I am very grateful to my neighbour for having recommended this company to me.

Installation of Worcester Combi Boiler

We were given a same-day quote, and although it wasn't an emergency, the boiler was installed within days to a very high standard. The operative was punctual, courteous and clean and tidy. Excellent!

Good communication and reliability, would recommend!
Lee came round to my house at short notice to check the boiler issues, saw that I needed a new boiler due to it's age- and that afternoon I had a quote emailed through.
Communication was good throughout the process, and the new boiler was installed three days later.

Urgent replacement of gas boiler
We urgently needed to replace a gas boiler and we got an immediate confirmed date & price from L&P - the installation was tricky requiring scaffolding for external access which L&P arranged. They arrived on time and completed the work with the minimum of disruption, leaving the room clean & tidy. Very happy to recommend L&P and we'll be using them for the annual servicing.

Excellent service throughout. When our old boiler died we spent some time shopping around until we found L & P. Lee came out quickly to undertake the survey for a new Worcester boiler and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. Within a few days his team of Mat and Max arrived to fit the new boiler which was in and fully working by lunchtime. Amazing - and a very neat installation. The whole process couldn’t have been easier and the price was very competitive. We are very happy (and warm) bunnies!

Boiler replacement
When the hot water supply from my boiler stopped Lee came in at short notice and as the boiler was old we agreed it was time for a replacement. His team came a few days later and did an excellent job removing the old one and fitting the new in just a few hours. Quick, clean and a great service.
