The staff did everything they could but it's just a shame you don't send to Jersey. I had to pay ship2me to get it here so that was an extra £100

Spotted the LANDMANN ad for my new Triton 3.1 MaxX BBQ online over the Xmas holiday and immediately placed my order, taking advantage of an amazing holiday discount deal.
It arrived on the 4th of January perfectly boxed up on its own pallet. I opened up this very large box to check the contents and was happy to find it all complete and with no damage.
I have just completed the assembly today with no problem at all, just read and follow the instructions carefully.
I have now to get a new bottle of gas and then the fun begins.
If you’re in the market for a new BBQ I have no hesitation in recommending the LANDMANN Company.

Excellent delivery service. I changed the date & the delivery was bang on time!

Bought the triton maxx 4.1, an excellent bbq and brilliant delivery and customer service when I needed a replacement part.

Bought a Triton max, looks good. Had an issue with 2 ignition knobs, it was sorted quickly and efficiently by customer service. It was refreshing to talk to an actual person. So happy with service and item, went back and got a cover, then a rotisserie and finally a fire pit.

Amazing Customer service.
Had a couple of issues which were resolved immediately and without query.

I didn't get a brush for the grinder. Apart from that everything was fine .

We purchased a Landmann 4.1 gas barbeque on a Black Friday deal . Very pleased with the price and delivery was carried out in about 5 days and came well packaged . Took me about 2 and a half hours to assemble and seems very well made and attractive but its December so not tested it yet !

Goods were damaged, wheels don't seem to work too well, build quality not as expected for a German product. Part of the frame was buckled which I had to gently hammer back into position, however as a result the framing when made up was not square and the front doors are misaligned. also I'm a little concerned by the Gas/Air mix chamber size on the side burner it seems rather large and open, I probably won't use this part as a result.

The service we received from LANDMANN was absolutely first class. We needed a BBQ quickly as a wedding party booked in at our pub asked for one 3 days before party. In December? Are you sure? Selected a LANDMANN BBQ however delivery 5 days. Explained our predicament to LANDMANN not a problem we will arrange overnight delivery. No hesitation, order placed delivery made, assembled party went ahead (it was cold) everybody happy. Thank you LANDMANN.

Looks like a good product, however its a birthday present so cant comment on anything else. Would have given five stars if it had been delivered in plain packaging not its original box.

Got the Triton Stainless Steel 4+1 to replace an earlier model that was worse for wear.

Great price on Back Friday deal. Well organised delivery with a call from the delivery company to arrange day of delivery.

Took me a couple of hours to assemble. Fairly straightforward.

Nice updates from previous version. Battery ignition and led knobs.

Not used to BBQ as it's December.
