Fantastic
Fantastic. We were first time buyers and L&C made it so easy for us. Explained everything throughout, every question answered quickly and even shopped for cheaper offer right up to the last minute. Huge shout out to my case handler Hannah Arthur and Ben they couldn't have done more for me and were amazing throughout despite some of our challenges. I would recommend L&C to anyone. Perfect service
I was recommended L&C by two colleagues and I’m so pleased they did! L&C were extremely fast getting my mortgage application through and all my questions were answered very clearly and quickly by my case manager. Bhumi and Syeda have both been fantastic throughout. ok so long as there are no complications
Good advice and helpful with getting me a mortgage deal. However, when I had trouble with the mortgage company (Santander) being extremely slow over a complication with the deeds of the house I was buying, I asked L&C for help but several emails were ignored. I was unable to talk with the mortgage company directly due to having gone through L&C.
Overall I'd say they are ok so long as complications don't come up.
