Great store with everything you need for sports and comfort wear. They have a good variety of products, from basic items to more specialized gear, and everything is well organized. The staff is very nice and takes the time to answer questions. Prices are ok. Overall, a very positive experience and definitely a place I would come back to.

Managed to get some new jeans and 530's in-store, the staff are nice and very helpful.
I then ordered online a few weeks later and was seamless from start to finish and received my item as expected and on time.

I have never heard about landau store before I was trying to find a professional nike 90s that I had before I fothen on landau for a bargain I would recommend this store to anyone also othe stores say that have it in stock but when you order it they cancel 1 hour later it happens everywhere

Ordered a pair of trainers the transaction went through but the next day they contacted me and said that they didn’t have what I ordered in stock although they did offer me another pair for the same price I declined and said that why on ordering the trainers didn’t say they were out of stock. I’m still waiting for a refund. Obviously this has happened before judging by the reviews so I can only assume that they do this often.

Brought all my Christmas gifts from here and thought it was a lovely shop and the staff are very polite and went out of their way to help me find what I needed, definitely going to keep shopping here

States clearly on their website delivery within 2 working days. Still waiting for my delivery. Talk about misleading customers. If I had known it would take so long I would not have ordered. Very disappointed customer!

I’d never heard of Landau but came across them when trying to find a Spyder jacket. The price was considerably better than the big companies like Snow & Rock. Delivery incredibly quick. Return ms free - unlike Snow & Rock plus when I reordered a smaller size they went to the trouble of phoning me about delivery due to Royal Mail strike. Excellent customer service 😄

Order confirmed and everything. Then after an hour they cancelled as it was not in stock. I won’t trust a company that does this as it implies they are not professional

I am not an Internet shopper so i wasn't sure about this site so i called the store, i spoke to a man it was the best customer service ever so i went ahead place my order and they were with me the next day. Great service, will definitely order from here again.

Chris and his team absolutely smash it out of the park. Nothing is too much trouble. hassle free exchanges due to me ordering the wrong size. excellent product knowledge and always done with a big smile!
