I placed an order at lanautica.com. They withdrew the amount from my account immediately and informed me that it would take 4 weeks for the item to arrive. After 5 weeks still no item. I cancelled the order and was told they would refund. Still after 10 weeks no refund and the shop does not return emails or answer phone any more.
