Noxion Lucent PL-S LED 2.8W will ONLY replace 5W G23
I purchaced a set of Noxion Lucent PL-S LED 2.8W - 830 lamps to replace 7W G23 Compact Fluorescent Lamps. In the product description it was not stated that the Noxion lamps will ONLY replace a specific 5W Compact Fluorescent Lamp. On the lamp package there is no indication that this LED lamp will malfunction if the lamp fixture is not rated 5W. As a result the new LED lamp is dimmed. The cost of returning the lamps goes to the consumer in 14 days so there is no point buying lamps from Lamppuexpress if you cannot test the lamps immediately on delivery. The cost of returning means that the consumer makes a loss based on incomplete product information

Buyer pays high return costs for faulty products
UPDATE: Unfortunately the reply from the company does not reflect the real situation regarding returns. My issue was not resolved. Faulty products were returned the company would not pay for the return postage costs (which cost almost the same as the order) and only refunded the item cost itself -- even if it for faulty products. So the full order cost was essentially lost in this case, with no resolution offered. In short: until returns labels are provided for returns of faulty items, I do not recommend placing an order.
ORIGINAL review: The bulbs I ordered did not work on arrival (faulty/damaged). To return them for refund, I was required to pay the shipping costs (to the Netherlands). The return cost was almost as much as the original order -- so I basically lost the total purchase cost here, with no way to be compensated. Return of faulty goods should be free or with a returns label provided. I do not recommend shopping here due to the returns policy.

Do not buy
This was the only replacement available for 4 pin 9w compact florescent. I purchased 2 they both lit then flickered, then burned out with smoke! Like the other reviews stated. If lampexpress knows this why are the selling them? Dishonest business practices!
