Rubbish company. They charge £40 for delivery but this means that you need to bring your items to your house by yourself. Considered to buy a kitchen worktop of 55 kg from them but finally turned to other company which delivers to the place of my choice in my house for the same money
Called to enquire about a delivery and the customer service was excellent. Products delivered 3 days later; driver text with an approximate delivery time which was spot on and was more than helpful with off loading.
What type of courier service do you use that doesn`t "have insurance to enter peoples homes" to help off load items? We were rung the day before asking if someone will be home to help with the delivery. Yes - one person. On the day of the delivery we were informed that we needed two people to be present to help offload the worktop as the courier driver couldn`t leave their truck and help with a 4 metre long worktop as they`re not insured to??!! What type of ill informed service is this??
Two worktops both damaged
Ordered 2 worktop and upstands both delivered quickly . Omega Roche Natural grey Stone ordered. On delivery noticed one of the worktops was damaged Phoned up and told the customer representative. He apologised profusely and arranged another worktop to be delivered. On fitting the next worktop was found to be damaged .The shop has ignored my requests for mediation and will not answer emails and telephone calls . unacceptable behaviour and should not be tolerated . So out of the goods delivered 2 out of 5 were damaged 1 returned the other had to be mixed and matched to be able to use .
