I ordered a green Kendell dress last year and still haven't received it after a year. I contacted customer services several times and never heard back. So I paid almost $100 dollars for nothing.

I ordered a green Kendell dress last year and still haven't received it after a year. I contacted customer services several times and never heard back. So I paid almost $100 dollars for nothing.
Total scam. I submitted like 3 inquiries with them about a return, no contact from them for 6 months, and then the website disappeared. No customer service or returns, no communication ever from them! Clothes are ugly too
A total scam. No refund, no customer service. Did you guys notice that their store/website just kinda disappeared?
Scam - never responded your emails. No return, no refund, disappeared
Like many of the other reviewers, I also placed an order with promise to be able to return the item if I didn't like it, and then was unable to return it. The customer service team (idk why I'm calling it a "team", I have no reason to believe it's larger than one person) did actually respond to my emails in the beginning, however started responding with non-answers, and then eventually stopped responding, once I requested to return the item I bought. I followed up every week for THREE MONTHS, optimistically hoping for the best. No dice. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and was able to get a refund through that. Not only have they disabled comments on their Instagram page, but their website is also down. Super sketch, can't believe I fell for this targeted Instagram advertisement...
I ordered a couple of dresses and shirts. I was skeptical in the beginning but loved all the clothes that I received. Then I went to order 2nd and 3rd time. Great qualities. Loved how they packed the clothes. Shipping was fast too. This was before pandemic. There was one time one time got delayed. As soon as I contacted them, they sent it right away from China. I was surprised that the quality was super good despite made in China. I saw bad reviews and wanted to write the positive one as my experience was great.
I ordered a dress in March and the customer service team didn’t respond to any of my messages to process a return within the appropriate window. Disputed it with my credit card company, which prompted JNSQ to send me a return label. Haven’t heard from them in 6 weeks and no refund since I returned the product. Total scam — DO NOT PURCHASE. They disabled all comments on social media, which is a shame since other people are getting screwed over by these unethical business practices. The CEO is named Malcolm Yam — blow this up so he’s held accountable for scamming countless people.
I ordered one dress and one dress and jacket set. It took about 1 month longer than I expected for them to ship, despite frequent emails from their customer service department that it would shipping with a week. The one dress fit well, the other was about 3 sizes too big and the jacket was an awful fit. Customer service would not respond to any messages I sent them. I opened a case with Paypal, explained that they hadn't been responding to me, and sent screenshots of all the messages I tried sending them plus all the other negative reviews I found about them online (from a facebook page it looks like they took down) of other people experiencing the same thing. They sent me shipping information through Paypal's message center and I sent the clothes back. About a month after opening the case I got a refund from Paypal. If they scammed you, I recommend filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company right away.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a dress, and when it came it just didn't fit me very well, and the seams were kind of wonky. But the most frustrating thing has been trying to return it.
The returns portal on their website marked it as non-returnable even though it's been less than 30 days and the dress isn't final sale. I sent multiple messages through the "Contact Us" form and 2 different emails that they have listed to ask about this, but I only got one response that they would "look into the ticket system." I sent more emails back, and I still haven't gotten a follow-up weeks later.
I finally opened a PayPal case to try to get my dang refund. This is a total scam.
The dress I ordered was absolutely terrible quality. Smells weird, 3 sizes too big, scratchy, and looks awful. It took forever to ship and I received a random email before shipment to confirm an address, which I have never had happen before. There was no receipt in the box sent, only some stickers and a note asking to post on social media. It took a full month from the date I received the item to receiving an email response from their customer service. I've only just sent back the dress, so I haven't received a refund yet, but there's some unknown shipping fee for returns.
Ditto to previous reviews, they also haven’t been responding.
For those who are requesting refunds: I filed a dispute through PayPal with proof that they haven’t been responding to emails, and they close the case in my favor with a full refund. If anyone else also paid through paypal, try this method.
Their clothes looks pretty cheaply made, and impossible to return. Their website return options are only “exchange” or “refund to store credit”. When trying to contact their customer service. They straight up ignores your multiple emails
I was really excited to pre-order the Valerie dress from JNSQ and waited about a month to receive it. Once the package arrived I opened it and immediately started smelling strong chemicals. Knowing that sometimes cheap fabric manufacturers sometimes leave the chemical smell in the clothes I decided to open it up and see if the dress was worth salvaging. Right in the front of the dress I saw a brown stain that was about the size of a penny, seeped into 2 layers of fabric. This stain was extremely obvious on a white dress so I'm not sure how it passed through quality control. Upon further examination, there was a second smaller stain on the dress. How???? Also when I tried the dress on it was sized really large. I tried reaching out to JNSQ for a return, but their "returns" are actually only return for credit, and their customer service stopped replying. Overall I felt really cheated by JNSQ and lost $109. I've been trying to comment on their social media, but they limit the number of people who can comment and only post positive reviews on their website. Seriously though, who sends out a dress that reeks of chemicals and has 2 stains then doesn't accept a return??
super super poor quality!! Even worse than those I got from H&M. Cannot believe them price that high. And nonrefundable! Worst brand ever.
Mailed the items back the next day after I tried on the clothes on the day I received it. The size and quality of the clothes are weirdly fit. I returned the items in the mail back in January 2020, I haven’t received the refund after few months. I sent few more emails to the customer service, because they don’t have a phone number that you can call. I sent another email and another month has passed but never heard back from them. No refund! Scam!
I Liked the clothes.
But it took a month to arrive, support was sending me emails once each week saying that this week it will be sent "for sure" and like that i was waiting almost a month just for them to ship! Even though at their web site it says orders shipping within 2 days.
Clothes came from China, bag had a stickers with Chinese letters all over it.
But inside you will find nice cute light-blue cardboard package , so as i understood they basically trying to do their best running their store in U.S. with manufacture located in China.
My advice for them- do not lie regarding shipping time! Tell your customers straight ahead- you will need to wait a few weeks, period.
Remove the 2-day shipping badge from your web-site.
