Access staircase came on time with…
Access staircase came on time with fairly straightforward instructions, the website did say they included fixing brackets but these weren’t enclosed. After enquiring about the brackets I was advised it was an error and they aren’t supplied.
Overall a good product, well made and finished and does the job.

Ordered and paid for items online with…
Ordered and paid for items online with no issues, then three days later after getting a dispatch email I was contacted and asked to pay a £39 surcharge due to my postcode, despite being on UK mainland and not in the Scottish Highlands. This is a breach of contract. Cancelled the order and requested full refund. Four days later refund is still pending.

We’re sorry for any confusion caused regarding the £39 delivery surcharge. Unfortunately, our courier applies additional charges for deliveries to certain postcodes due to higher transportation costs to those areas. While your address is on the UK mainland, it still falls within one of the postcodes our carrier classifies as a “remote location,” which incurs this surcharge.
We completely understand your frustration — this is not a fee we add ourselves, but one passed on directly from the courier. We have issued a full refund for your order.

Good product and good communication over the phone
Got off to a slow start when I found out my order wasn't available for next day delivery. The internet site should have informed me the Ladders were not in stock, I would not have minded. But after that the service was very good. Communication between myself, the company personnel and the courier was excellent. Product very good will definitely deal with them again.
