Order not delivered - invalid proof of delivery provided.
Order was not delivered despite the expiry of all announced delivery deadlines.
The original delivery deadline expired more than 30 days ago. Following this, the merchant initiated an internal delivery investigation and communicated two separate investigation deadlines, both of which have elapsed without the order being delivered.
The merchant relies on a so-called proof of delivery that does not confirm personal handover to the recipient and contains no recipient identification or verifiable signature.
After being informed of the unresolved non-delivery and the invalid proof of delivery, the merchant stated that this was their final position and refused to reconsider the case.
As a result, the matter has been escalated to the merchant’s acquiring bank for review as a compliance and delivery dispute and will be referred through formal consumer protection channels.
This review is shared for factual transparency and to inform other customers about my experience.
