Problematic Labfreez Mediaprep-30
We Medil company(Thessaloniki, Greece) IVD manufacturer, purchased from Labfreez Ltd China a Mediaprep-30 last year about 27.000usd.(including shipment, taxes, customs, etc) in order to improve productivity of our business.the machine actually worked 3 from total 10months we own it.
1.problematic water pump,
2.two times Burnt heating elements
3.Lack of information errors and machine self diagnosis from sensors to help user what is wrong
4.we tried for remote assistance. Although the personel were kind,the replies and "solutions" were delayed 1.5 to 2.5 month-total unhelpful- without remote connection to the machine as they promised.
The 2 sales person know English but no engineering and the engineers know the the engine but not English..disappointing.
The operational manual was mostly a copy of INTEGRA IBS MEDIACLAVE-30 with fake errors that does not exist to the machine. As a result a technician in Greece is impossible to reach and solve the problem.
Labfreez claimed that the one year warranty doesn't cover the machine return but only parts.....and the plc with wrong codes and signals that is malfuntioned and it is the heart of the machine?...
imagine you buy a new cargo truck that stop every week in high road and you lose labour hours
you lose clients
the cargo boxes are not on time etc.
And in panic you describe in 2-3 A4 sheets the problems for weeks and the company that you purchased from- reply kind and constantly"ok we will ask engineers,send photos" and no solution given for 3 weeks.....
Totally wrong purchase. I am 5 year user of the Integra mediaclave-30 and I have experience to know when something goes wrong even from the sounds.
I strongly believe that Labfreez Mediaprep 30 is a bad copy of Systec Mediaprep-30 and of Mediaclave 30 and is not safe for work and it must be checked and programmed again. Also it is not enough to be kind and reply as a sales person in order to show that you help without actual result.
I am available to general manager of Labfreez to prove with documentation all the above.
