The order arrived 14 days after payment. This was 4 days after the event. The website said 4-7 days.

Delivery was delayed
An additional post code was added to the address which delayed the delivery.
I stated that this much be delivery urgently and was happy to pay express service however it still wasn't delivery on time. We were on a tight deadline.

Hi Sharry, thank you for your review. First of all, I am sorry that the order was delayed in transport.
According to your order confirmation, the estimated delivery time would be latest on the 13th of May. And delivery was made on the 13th of May. I understand it would have been better, if it had arrived earlier since you were in a hurry. I am sorry about that.
The reason for the delay was, as you said, because you made a mistake in the delivery address and therefore the address had to be amended at DHL which caused 1-2 days delay.
I hope you were happy with the product, and that they were of good use to you.

Won't use again
I ordered 2 sets of labels. The 1st set of Iron-On graphics on a clear background were fab - exactly as ordered. The 2nd set of stick-on name labels on a clear background just came as blank white labels, when I called customer service I was told that they couldn't make stick on name labels with a clear background even though it was orderable through the website. I asked if I could have a refund and was told no as they'd been personalised (even though they were blank).

Thanks for your mail! I'm really sorry that you did not receive what you expected. If it was possible to make the name labels with transparent background, we would do this for you. Unfortunately, this is not the case.
I can offer you that we do new ones in another layout, then just please contact me directly on kbv@labelyourself.co.uk - or we can do transparent stickers, but they are not suitable for clothes.

Fantastic product.
I ordered these to use on a day out in London. They worked brilliantly on the children and meant I could be sure that if they got lost they had my details on them so they could give these correctly to whoever found them. I was very impressed with the price and the speed of the delivery I would highly recommend these to anyone.
