Please avoid this site as they are a complete scam. The clothes in reality are completely different from what they look like on the site. Very poor quality, mismatched and horrible. Customer service is a joke. They are inflexible, unreliable and unethical. Please don't fall in their trap.

I have been ordering from this company for a number of years now. I am impressed with the fast turnaround (much appreciated by my small business), and the range of labels they have is comprehensive enough for my varying needs. I had problems with labels not sticking very well at one point and they promptly sent me some more labels. It turned out, however, that the problem was not the label, but the corrugated packaging I use which just needs a little more pressure application when affixing the label.

They don't even bother to reply your complaints. Stay well away from this company

The return policy is pathetic and there is no live agent available to answer calls on phone , email or Instagram ( only chat Bots). They ask for ₹250 for return shipment , once the originally placed order is revived by them , then only a replacement product will be shipped .Also size mentioned on the website are incorrect hence had to request for return that too as a cost to be borne by the customer themselves .They offer bad customer service and support is mismanaged .

A fraud site. Dont waste your money . sent wrong size for me. No customer service to contact instead of trying to contact / sending mails.
Never ever order here.

I've ordered several times for my business and they've always been fine but unfortunately I don't feel like I can order from them again - after moving house a few weeks ago I placed an order to our new address (which was definitely correct as I triple checked when placing the order and have proof on the email!), for some reason they sent one dispatch email with our new address and then another one which had our old one. The order was then dispatched to our old address which DPD have delivered to - I can't access our old address anymore and it's 2 hours away! I assume their system has messed up somewhere but I've contacted them twice after DPD delivered to the old address and haven't received any response so am now £58 out of pocket.

Kerry's assistance over the phone was simply outstanding! She went above and beyond to answer all of my queries and make sure that I was fully satisfied. However, the only downfall and cause for loss of a fifth star was the pesky 0844 charges that unfortunately came with her help. Regardless, Kerry deserves a standing ovation for her exceptional service.

Do not call this number from a mobile £9.41 it cost for about 2 minutes?

Bad form and underhand, hints at the company attitude to its customers. I will not be buying labels from here again.

Absolutely first class, the labels arrived the day after purchasing. I've bought here previously, and found the labels to be excellent quality and good value for money. I won't be going anywhere else .

Placed an order 4 days ago for next day delivery and I've had no update on the order and they are not responding to emails.

I was a bit unsure about this company because there was only 1 review on Trust Pilot and the price was low BUT they are AMAZING! I ordered some barcode labels which were a lot cheaper than another leading brand. I have just used them in the photocopier and they fit perfectly and are sticky too. Very impressed so I recommend this company. I will definitely use them again.

Previously bought from this company via amazon and the product was fab and exactly what I needed. Wanted a repeat order so contacted them directly. They couldn't do enough, really friendly and helpful. I placed an order approx 11am Wednesday. They arrived by 13.40pm Thursday. Packaged well and the items are perfect for my small business. I will only be using them from now on. Outstanding service!!!
