Good product but no UK plug
Good product but delivery charges of £30 came as a shock as website suggested free and delivered with no UK plug (just adapter) which is not great when such an expensive purchase. Tried to contact customer services by phone and email twice with no joy.

Good price. Thought arrival took a while - the lorry seemed to be on the road for days and days! Arrived one day later than expected although DPD did deliver when advised. Parcel well wrapped.

Electric guitar
Hi, I am always nervous ordering things off different sites, but with the current situation I’ve had to do a lot of shopping online.
My son asked for a left handed guitar for his present so I just put the item he had asked for in to the browser and your site came up first, the pictures were great, very clear and you showed ever angle, the price was what I was expecting so no surprises there! The step by step to payment was straight forward, but if you got stuck there was someone on site to guide you.
The delivery also was great you kept me informed all the way and it arrived all wrapped up safely! I’m so excited to see my sons face! Thank you we’ll be back.

Although I was unfamiliar with this company and this was my first order, the whole experience was great. The communication before delivery was really good. I was kept informed as to the progress of my order the whole way through. I ordered two Stringswing guitar holders and a ukelele wall holder and they arrived within a few days and were perfect and very competitively priced. I would 100% recommend this company based on my experience and I would use again.

I ordered an Epiphone Les Paul guitar…
I ordered an Epiphone Les Paul guitar in washed heritage cherry for my son’s birthday. The guitar arrived within six days of ordering. Unfortunately when I opened the box the guitar within was broken beyond repair with a crack and break where the head stock joins the neck. My initial thoughts were that this was going to be a slow process to explain what had happened and sort out a replacement or refund. I could not have been more wrong. From my initial phone call explaining the situation the customer service was exemplary in every way. They followed up with a phone call to me apologising for what had happened. Then without quibbling sought a replacement to send to me as quickly as possible. Unfortunately the one I had ordered was unavailable. They made a suggestion for a different model which was slightly more expensive. Sadly it was out of my price range. They then made an offer which was incredibly kind and generous of offering me the guitar at a much reduced price as an apology for the first damaged guitar.
All in all Kytary acted in an extremely positive and professional manner and I would recommend them without a hesitation.

Where is my Piano??
Ordered a Digital Piano 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. Called several times and was told a delivery was attempted on 18th which is incorrect as I was home all day. Told is was out for delivery yesterday and there was nothing he could do, guess what! it didn’t get delivered. Where is my Piano??? In reply no it didn’t!!! 10 working days and communication was awful, wouldn’t even contact the courier for me. Poor

I first recieved my package, to find that it was the wrong item. This item was then picked up and still have had no word of the correct item being sent or arriving.
