After the ordering procedure, which I have previously rated highly, I was kept informed of progress through to despatch. The only slight improvement would have been advice from the courier on the time window for delivery.

I got a summer house four years ago from you and needed some spare parts after storm damage. No bother! The telephonist was very pleasant and professional. She took my order and it was delivered to the door within a few days by a pleasant driver, at very little cost.

Ordered shed and was followed up with a call. Requested delivery date change which was sorted and info on delivery e-mailed to me straight away. Very helpful and a pleasure to talk to on phone.

Needed a decent good looking secure shed for sons motorbike and associated stuff in a hurry (last one blew down in storm, and looked awful).

Site easy to use and informative, love the practical, high quality and choices. I ordered the one I wanted and tecieved prompt and clear confirmation wirh delivery and additional info.

HOWEVER, the extras looked great (shelfs, hanging pegs etc) but the option to buy disappeared when ordering. Also, I wanted to order the plastic base system but ditto - site wouldn't offer the option when actually ordering.

Excellent pre delivery and delivery service. Your delivery information kept us updated and your delivery driver was first class. The loss of a star is for your assembly instructions. They were not easy to follow at all

Excellent website, easy to order, great delivery communication too. It was easy to assemble (would have preferred two complete roof panels instead of t&g) and instructions were very clear. Price was very competitive too.

THE SHED IS WELL MADE VERY HAPPY WITH THAT.BUT WHEN I WENT TO PUT THE FELT ON THE ROOF IT WAS FLAT NOT ROLLED. SO WHEN I WENT TO LAY IT IT RIPPED.SO I PUT IT IN THE BIN.ITS OK I GOT SOME FELT ALL DONE NOW THANKS .
