No customer service. Uncomfortable
The ordering of the product went smooth, upon arrival a part of my order was missing, i informed and they said it was out of stock and would be delivered later, as it said on the invoice in the box, (but no such information was provided on the website). After 3 days of testriding the kwiggle bike, i came to understand that this bike was not comfortable or easy to ride for me. So i reached out, as i could return it within 2 weeks. 5 emails, 3 phonecalls, and a facebook message... no reply. None. Customer service non-existent. I took ot upon myself to return my order on my own costs, just to be within the 2 week period. My track 1nd trace confirmed my package had arrived with them. Still nothing. I mailed again, called again, finally got on the phone with someone who said "yes it arrived yesterday, we will look at it tomorrow". 'Tomorrow' being friday i waited u til after the weekend to hear about my return status. Again, no contact. After a week i finally recieved mail that my return was processed but i would recieve 50 euros less than the full amount because of damage, damage i had not even noticed upon sending, and could not have come from transport. After 3 days of riding on it?
