I have been trying to complete Kwiff’s ACC verification and have repeatedly submitted my bank statements directly through the Co-operative Bank app and online banking via Safari, as requested. Despite providing the documents they have asked for, my statements continue to be rejected without a clear explanation of what is actually wrong with them.

I even contacted my bank for assistance, only to be told that I need to obtain my statements from a branch, while Kwiff insists on receiving them in PDF format. I feel as though I am going around in circles, doing exactly what is being requested, yet getting nowhere.

The lack of clear communication and practical support has made this an extremely frustrating experience. Customers should not have to repeatedly submit genuine bank documents without receiving a specific explanation of why they are being rejected.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Kwiff. One star is more than enough.

Terrible I’ve withdrawn 10 pound says failed and balance isn’t showing on my account absolute joke

Just awful, harrasment and delaying customers winnings to pay out, excuse after excuses and some of the people would never get paid their winnings, stay away.
I have even offered to send them my card, but they wanted statement, which they never mentioned to begin with, and now they are blaming the system and asking for a statement, which does not generate until the 28th of this month, however, I did provide them with transaction history from the bank, which they rejected and adamant, it has to be a bank statement. I am not the only one, who has face this and would not be the last one to do so. The anxiety and sorrow is unbearable as the documents are genuine and Legal, but to them it is not satisfactory. Unless they sort it out completely, they are not going to get good words from me.

Unfortunately, Kwiff really is not a genuine or reputable site — and as so many others have said on Trustpilot & other platforms , they have trustpilot remove reviews constantly, claiming they are fake, they "cannot locate the player account". Well of course they can’t — nobody posts their private login credentials in a public review! But they know exactly who I am — I’ve been posting all week, they’ve replied to me multiple times, always with the exact same standard message: "Please refer to our email from the expert team". Their responses are slow, hostile, and often sarcastic — the tone speaks volumes.their customer service is appalling.

I opened my Kwiff account back in March. For several months I used my own bank account. Then I went overdrawn and started using my mum’s bank account — I am fully authorised to use it, I am a registered user, and I have my own debit card linked to that account. But — this wasn't good enough for Kwiff to reconsider giving me my winnings.

For months they let me gamble freely — I increased my deposit limit from £500 to £2,000 a month and not a single question was asked. No safeguarding, no source of funds request, no identity verification, no affordability checks — nothing. A complete failure of duty of care.

I’m a single mum living on Universal Credit — low income, self-employed as a cleaner. They never once asked for proof of income — they don’t hold any of my details at all. Yet their parent company Eaton gaming Ltd was fined substantially by the Gambling Commission in 2022 for nearly £500k ! for these exact same failures — so clearly they have learned absolutely nothing.

I won a significant amount — £10,300 on a live game — after depositing over £1,000 in just a couple of hours. No problem at all with the deposits — but the moment I tried to withdraw, everything changed. Suddenly they wanted documents, then they closed my account, voided my winnings, and said the decision is final. The Gambling Commission states clearly that casinos should NOT only verify when people withdraw — but Kwiff appears to operate by its own set of rules.

I’ve contacted them all week explaining how this is affecting my mental health — I care for my son who is autistic, has ADHD and complex behavioural challenges. I have no partner, no support. That money would have cleared the debts I built up gambling when everything felt overwhelming — and I was going to self-exclude through GamStop. Instead, I’m left feeling so desperate I have to play more to try and win it back. I’ve barely eaten, barely slept — this has drained me completely. This company has no decency, no compassion — they simply do not care.

I’ve now referred this to GamCare, and once I have my deadlock letter I will escalate to eCOGRA for a proper independent investigation — and then to the Gambling Commission, who I hope will fine them again. There was ZERO safeguarding on my account — to allow someone on benefits depositing hundreds in a day to gamble so significantly for months, not days or weeks, is a clear failure to follow compliance and KYC regulations.

AskGamblers also removed their accreditation in 2024 due to the sheer volume of unresolved complaints — exactly the same issue: they do not pay out. Read through the Trustpilot reviews yourself — the pattern is identical: you win, they find a reason not to pay.

Please be extremely cautious before you deposit here. If you hit a big win — they will turn on you. I will keep deleting and reposting this review so other players can see and don’t get into this situation it is just absolutely soul destroying they really are so cruel no compassion whatsoever.

Casinos like Kwiff are the ones that give the entire industry a bad name — reputable sites protect their players, check people can afford to play, and pay out when they win. Kwiff don’t comply with regulations. That's what's so wrong here. Absolute shameful casino !

You say there are mistruths — yet you also say you can't verify me or discuss my case here. That makes no sense. How can you claim I'm lying if you won't even confirm who I am? You can't have it both ways.

Everything I've said is true. I'm an authorised user on my mum's account. You never asked me for funds checks in seven months — only when I tried to withdraw. You ignored clear signs I was struggling.

The Gambling Commission and eCOGRA will decide. I'll post their ruling here and on Google with screenshots of their responses as can post photos on Google reviews & Let people decide for themselves who’s telling the truth.

I have been a kwiff customer for a while now and play the virtual European roulette, i had £4 on number 23 that came in and i wasnt paid out £144 for some reason. Never had a problem in the past so not sure if this was a glitch. I have decided to close my account as i dont find this trustworthy now and lost confidence in this site.

Made a withdrawal on 07.10.26 of £200 and a withdrawal on the 08.10.26 of £100.
The later withdrawal was received however the £200 on 07.10.26 is still pending. Approaching 48hours since withdrawal was requested, their terms state withdrawals are processed in under 24 hours.
Contacting them im told that my withdrawal failed and that it will be processed soon but cant give me a timeframe. For a withdrawal to fail it first needs to be processed. The withdrawals pending status has not changed therfore it was never processed in the first place to enable it to fail.
Unable to talk to the department dealing with withdrawals and no clarification on what has actually happened, no goodwill gesture or apology. I would avoid
