Flight was Delayed
Flight was Delayed, which meant they could not place me on their own connecting flight. No alternative offered. No refund, not even partial.
I recommend not booking from Dubai to UK through this airline.
One of the best airlines in the Middle East
Why are there so many review which are bad?
I flew from London Heathrow to Lahore with a 4 hour stopover in Kuwait. On the flight to Kuwait City, the flight attendants were lovely, the seat was really comfortable (as it is Middle Eastern) and the in flight entertainment, was just incredible. The screen was a good size, with plenty of good movies, the shows were also great!
The food, was delicious, it was one of the best airplane foods I had. The only thing I think Kuwait Airways should improve on this part of the flight, was more beverage service, as they only came with drinks Why are there so many review which are bad?
I flew from London Heathrow to Lahore with a 2 hour stopover in Bahrain. The food, was delicious, it was one of the best airplane foods I had. The only thing I think Gulf Airlines should improve on this part of the flight, was more beverage service, as they only came with drinks at the start of the first flight, and when the food came.
But, the Bahrain to Lahore flight was also just like the previous one. Great in flight entertainment, great breakfast, and also great storage area.
All in all, I think I would fly Gulf Airlines many times, as it is always a cheaper option when flying to Asia. I think the only thing Kuwait Airways should improve on is the beverages service. The beverages services only came when the food came, and I think another time, I'm not sure

The worst decision I ever made that I…
The worst decision I ever made that I booked with this company.
No respect the airplane broke down before departure.
Reschedule the flight then they said it is full. They sent the passengers back.
Collecting the luggage takes more that 4 hours no one there is helping us
Very worst flight i ever had
Kuwait changed our flight times and ruined our mums insulin
Kuwait changed our flight times multiple times over the course of two weeks, with a significant final change coming a couple of days before the actual flight. This meant we had to change our earlier flight as we would miss the connection and had to wait at the transfer gate for over 8 hours on the cheap, hard chairs with elderly parents who struggled a lot.
For the journey itself, what should have been a 4-6 hour journey ended up being over 14/5 hours. They refused to put my mums insulin in the fridge or freezer so the medication would have gone off. We also missed an entire day of our trip, as well as the hotel cost which we had booked at our next location. The takeaway staff kindly gave us ice to keep the medicine bag topped up, which wasn't ideal as it kept melting, but really lovely of them to do to try and help us salvage the meds as best we could. We are unsure if the medication is usable. It was impossible to contact them the entire time, we tried calling many numbers, emailing, the whatsapp account etc. The flight staff looked fed up and disinterested on the actual flight too.
No refund
Iam waiting since more than 3 Month of my Money.
We cancelled our flight and were told it would take 30 days to get the refund. Customer service isn't responding. I've already sent countless messages. Only the WhatsApp service replies, but they can only forward the message.
The worst airline i have ever dealt…

Imagine yourself in a other country with no clothes, no hygiene, and no money
Because of them.

Kuwait was shockingly aggressive, impolite, and dismissive toward stranded passengers
The experience with Kuwait Airways and their hub in Kuwait was absolutely distressing. Our journey turned into a nightmare when we were stranded for several days with little information or help from the airline. The staff were shockingly aggressive, impolite, and dismissive toward stranded passengers, showing no concern for our wellbeing or safety. The atmosphere in the Kuwait airport was extremely tense, and at times, we did not feel safe.
It took us three exhausting days and multiple alternate flights with other airlines just to finally reach our destination. The complete lack of empathy, organization, and basic respect from both the airline staff and those managing the airport made this the worst travel experience of our lives. Shame on Kuwait Airways and the individuals responsible for treating paying passengers this way.

I booked and paid for flights going to the phillipines , my ex partner had committed fraud on my account and changed all my contact details over to his on the booking, but after repeated times of trying to contact them, no one is responding, this matter has been taken to the police regarding the fraud, and still no one is getting back to me. Absolutely disgusting service!
Horrifying Experience
This was my first, and definitely my last time traveling with Kuwait Airways. The experience was a nightmare, and even after a few months, I still can’t forget it.
When serving meals, the flight attendant asked my neighbor in the window seat in Arabic and handled him the food, then completely skipped me (I was in the aisle seat) and moved on to the male passenger across the aisle. I couldn’t believe such inhumane and disrespectful behavior, especially a male towards a female passenger, could still happen today. The entire airline and its management should be ashamed of this.
My window-seat neighbor also showed no courtesy, asking me to get up repeatedly so he could go to the restroom, at least six times. I had purposely chosen an aisle seat to avoid that kind of inconvenience, yet somehow ended up in an even worse situation. While this part isn’t directly the airline’s fault, the overall experience from the crew’s behavior to the lack of basic human respect, was horrifying.
I wrote a complaint letter to Kuwait Airways and only received a generic response saying, “We’ve forwarded your mail to the concerned department.” After that, they never responded to my mail.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but flying with Kuwait Airways was truly a terrible experience that showed a complete lack of humanity.
They cancel and change flights at…
They cancel and change flights at random. And if you follow their painfully crazy process for a refund nothing happens. No response, no refund. Never had to deal with something like that. Please don't book with this airline. I wish I had read about experiences with KA prior to my booking. It's an absolute travestie.
Never Again with Kuwait Airways
From manchester to Lahore, i booked two tickets, with short stays at Kuwait, they cancelled first flight from Manchester to Kuwait, and gave me new flight on next day, but they did not change flight from Kuwait to Lahore, that means my first segment now is from Kuwait and then day after from Manchester, i'm still waiting if they can put in order.
Moreover, Returning from lahore is also non practical, because my flight will arrive at the same time when next flight will have to depart, so impossible to catch.
these are my ticket numbers:
229-6371586977
229-6371586978
still waiting any miracle.

Avoid Kuwait airways they cancelled my booking and told my to wait 30 working days which I do and still have not issued my refund which they told me I was entitled to a full refund due to Kuwait airways cancelling the booking. I’ll now be taking this issue further to get my money back from these thieves.
Avoid traveling with this airline
Avoid traveling with this airline. They canceled my return flights a week before my trip started and rebooked them two days after the original booking, so I had to stay two extra days in Saudi Arabia, which was an extra cost. It was very difficult to communicate with them, and they didn't answer any of my emails.
Do not book a flight with this airline.
WORST AIRLINE
I recently had a disappointing experience with Kuwait Airways' customer support. Each time I called and reached an agent, the call was disconnected immediately after I introduced myself. This repeated issue prevented me from receiving any assistance or resolving my concerns. Such service is frustrating and unacceptable, and I hope Kuwait Airways addresses this problem promptly to improve their customer support experience.
Very disappointing experience with Kuwait Airways regarding my booking and refund process
I had a very disappointing experience with Kuwait Airways regarding my booking and refund process.
I had booked economy tickets for travel from London to Cochin in December 2025. Later, I decided to cancel the trip. When I called Kuwait Airways customer service, I was told very clearly that if I paid a $300 cancellation fee, I would receive a full refund of my tickets. Based on this confirmation (which I double-checked), I went ahead and cancelled.
However, after waiting two months with no refund, I contacted them again. To my surprise, they deducted £250 per person from my refund—completely contradicting what their agent had promised. After many emails and follow-ups, Kuwait Airways finally admitted this was their staff’s mistake and agreed to reimburse the extra cancellation fee.
If that wasn’t enough, just yesterday, my mother was supposed to travel from Kochi to Kuwait on the same airline. When she arrived at the airport, the staff at the counter said that her ticket was “not visible in their system” and therefore they could not help. This caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience.
Overall, the lack of transparency, miscommunication, and unreliable systems at Kuwait Airways have been extremely disappointing. I sincerely hope the airline improves its customer service and takes accountability for such mistakes.
⭐ Extremely Disappointed
⭐ Extremely Disappointed – Worst Customer Service Experience
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I booked a flight to Dubai via Kuwait for December through Lastminute.com, and the airline has changed the layover time from 1 hour 10 minutes to 8 hours 50 minutes – without any proper communication or support.
This change has completely disrupted my travel plans. I need to be in Dubai by a specific time for a special event, and now, because of this change, I will miss it entirely.
I’ve emailed the airline numerous times and have received no response. Lastminute.com told me to contact the airline directly, but no one is willing to help. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for a resolution.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never book with this airline again and I strongly advise others to be cautious before doing so.
Twice I've endured a flight with Kuwait…
Twice I've endured a flight with Kuwait.
Ok is the overall answer but I can see the staff are a bit stand offish. But what stands out the most is can't they see it's not about them and their laws and beliefs, it's about pleasing the customer the very people who determine their future. It's it really to much to ask to desire a glass of wine or wish for a non halal lunch? Sort that out and get some decent admin staff then your ratings might well climb.
Never again
I flew out once with them. It’s the worst food I’ve ever had, their staff is rude and physical. Their entertainment is limited. It’s a real disaster they also have rude customer services and they don’t reply to emails. This was in fall 2023.
You deserve a 0 not a 1.
The company is Goon
The company is Goon, I Am begging them for my own money from last 4 months, and they are not refunding, it was a fully refundable ticket, wrote many emails but no response from them
