I saw their advertisement on Facebook and lots of people giving good reviews. So I decided to order some bags from this shop. But after 20 days passed I still haven't receive my parcel. Sent them emails several times and no reply from the retailer. Just realised from their reviews on trust pilot website that Kurdran is another scam website. Completely disgraceful. I'm gonna lodge in for the dispute transaction claim with my bank. Please stay away from them.

Got scammed!!! When I placed the order on 24th September, there was not even one negative comment about them on Facebook. I realize now that they block whoever complains. Beware!! You will only lose your money

I ordered 4 items and paid $143.91 on 26th Sept. I received an email to confirm my order. After several days, I decided to send them an email to find out when I will receive my bags. I followed up with several emails and comments on FB. NO RESPONSE. OTHER THAN THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THEIR WEBSITE, THERE APPEARS TO BE NO OTHER WAY TO CONTACT THEM. DO NOT BUY FROM KURDRAN. REPORT THEM AND RAISE YOUR CONCERNS TO THE APPRIORIATE AUTHORITY.

VERY BAD PRODUCTS! Fake leather, more plastic. They are lying about their stores and products. Stop! Don't buy here. Everything comes from China.
After three times asking for return address and refund they answered me: please, don't be mad. how can we help? AGAIN I explained and after that...silence. I am trying now to get my money back via the credit card company.

Purchased a leather handbag from these crooks. They sent me a bag that looks like cheap plastic. They wont send me a return address and wont reply to my emails. I advise you all not to purchase anything from them!

Very bad experience.Paid double the cost I realised for the bag.

I don’t recommend this store. The bag I paid for doesn’t even look the same as the one I get. Really disppointed.

I have not and will not order from this "supposed" company. The inquiries that are made are so poorly answered, grammatically as well as repetative with useless information and if you notice most of the questions they do answer are regarding shipping and the questions pertaining to quality do not seem to be answered at all and honestly, where can you buy a descent leather bag for $40 or a leather wallet for $20? Any and all sponsored ads on Facebook should be looked up and researched before you submit your personal information and CC #. If it looks too good to be true, it likely is!

Literally selling items from Asia as "Handmade" for double the price. Even claims to own a shop in New York.

I was about to buy a bag and saw the exact one I bought from YesStyle for double the price.

Shop comes with a pitty me bs story about how the pandemic is causing them to close to get more buyers.

This company is a big Scam. They created so many accounts to write good reviews for them, all of were posted continuously at the same time, one is just few minutes or few hours in between. Only the bad reviews here were written from real customers, because we are different people from different countries in the world. We posted our reviews at different times from different locations. Obviously this company is a scam, all of the good reviews here were written in the same style, same poor English writing. They firsly posted their locations all in China, then after few minutes, they edited the locations for each of those comments to be from different places in the world. This is so cheap, so fake, but as a chinese scam seller, what else can you expect? Chinese low class cheap seller, please REPORT THEIR FACEBOOK SO THAT THEIR PAGES CAN BE SHUT DOWN, PEOPLE!!!

I ordered from them and then I blocked my debit card. Those people are scammers and I would advise you to do the same if you have entered your credit/ debit card information on their fake website. All people that wrote reviews on Facebook have strange names, obviously they bought them. I am receiving emails from other websites like 签名由 网易邮箱大师 定制 or akatez.com as a response of my questions if there are going to deliver the purchase! As I click on that website and dial the number provided there Tel: +44 (0)20 7405 7686, it's stating that this is an institute. SCAMMERS! BE AWARE!

I looked up the people on the reviews, they don’t exist.

The company does exist but in China, they've never had a store in New York nor are they a cute "husband and wife" team as they claim on their various Facebook accounts, those are just lies. It's in fact a Chinese company shipping from Asia and trading under various different names. Why post fake photos (the one of the old man on their Facebook page is a stock photo for sale by @FolioImages) and a fake background story? When I questioned them about this they deleted my comment and blocked me. Trust them at your peril, you might well get your goods but mass produced in China not hand made in the US

It's a false ad, their products come from China and they're marketing as handmade leather goods from the US. I still havent received by product and it's been over 3 weeks.

Secondly; when I commented on their page, they deleted my comment and blocked me from commenting and messaging as well. Please don't fall into this. Have reported on Facebook as well (not sure if it helps).

I noticed that the wallet was embossed with "keng sheng". i commented in their fb page, and after few minutes, the comment section was deleted. and i cant message them in fb messenger as well. smells scam to me.

Professional Scammers! They have cancellation policy but no way to cancel your order. They indicate product awaiting shipment but will never ship the product. They monitor facebook comments and delete scam comments immediately. Tried to report to Facebook but FB could not do anything. This people should be shutdown or they will keep on hurting people!

Lol, SCAM! All the good reviews has one pattern, western name but location is CHINA! clearly that the persona making the good review are the same. Don’t fall into these.

Scam.. how are scam websites popping up everywhere?? Nothing new can be trusted anymore.

I’m very disappointed!!! All the information about returns is not true!!! I have asked to return the bag I have purchased but they do not accept my request. I want to return the bag because the handles are made of cotton strips and not leather, and because I’m not sure that the bag itself is made of leather. Its smell is very unpleasant !!!
Now they simplt do not answer to my mails. Dont trust this company!!!!

It is impossible to cancel the order. When you pay via Paypal - you will see that your payment went to china.
They do not reply.
