Hi Darren, we feel that this review is completely unfounded. You order was placed at 21.57pm on Tuesday 7th July, shipped by us on Wednesday 8th July at 11.35am and delivered to you on Friday 10th July at 8.48am....well within our stipulated 3-5 working days delivery that you selected when you ordered, and certainly not what we would class as 'forever'. Furthermore, we do not have a single email from you requesting help, or indeed a message on any of our social media channels from you, so we cannot see that you have even tried to contact us. If you read any of our other reviews, we are constantly praised for our customer service, so if you had of gotten in touch, we would have been happy to help you. There is a returns form inside your parcel which tells you everything that you need to do to return your items to us. If you need any further assistance, then please drop us an email to support@kumuclothing.co.uk and we will be happy to help. Regarding our items not being well made...again, we are constantly praised for the quality of our garments and it is something we pride ourselves on, so we do apologise if you've had a faulty item from us. We can assure you this is a very rare occurrence indeed and if you had of reached out to us, we would have simply replaced this immediately for you. With all of the above in mind, we honestly cannot understand your 1 star review, and this feels rather insulting. Team KUMU.

Nice t-shirts
Nice t-shirts however the sizing differs between designs. I ordered one XL and one large and the large was as big as the XL. Good quality though and reasonable price
