I have ordered my g4 6 days ago and it still says peyment pending/awaiting shipment i have mailed them 4-5 times and still no responce

G4 was not in stock but many websites saying that g4 is not in stock but it will be in late june they suggested g2 master but its downgrade and costs less im not sure what to do

My g4 has been shipped im glad that it not took to long to wait but still its not what they were telling in policies so if you want the escooter from this website be ready to wait like 2 to 3 weeks for popular model like g2/g2pro/g2master/g4

Easy process to buy and receive the scooter home. Kukirin's customer service folks replied my email within 24hrs to give me an updated shipment date, which was accurate. It was easy to assemble and a joy to ride.

Order placed on 16.06.2026 and still not shipped despite the website stating that orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on working days.

I already contacted support and I am currently waiting for an update regarding my order FF00952584.

I hope the issue can be resolved quickly and that the order will be shipped soon.

WARNING to Swedish buyers. This is a Chinese company that ships the goods from a Polish warehouse to customers in Europe. You can choose Swedish as the language on their website and pay with Klarna (which makes you feel safe as a consumer) but in fact they are violating the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act and EU directives because according to KuKirin's terms and conditions of purchase, customers do not have the right to a 14-day right of withdrawal. They sold a KuKurin G3 to my 15-year-old son but they write on their website that they do not sell to individuals under the age of 18. They also do not inform about the Swedish legal requirements on their website (that the electric scooter is considered a moped according to Swedish law). This in turn means that according to Swedish law the driver must have a moped driving license, register the electric scooter as a moped with the Swedish Transport Agency and pay motor insurance. In addition, it may not be driven on sidewalks and a fifteen-year-old must wear a helmet. If the police stop a teenager for illegal driving, the parents must pay a fine and may risk losing their driving license. KuKirin's Chinese customer service did not want to cancel the purchase when I pointed out that they had sold it to my 15-year-old son who, according to Swedish law, is not allowed to drive it because he does not have a driver's license. We had to sell it to a private individual (an adult with a driver's license) but we sold it at a loss. It was an expensive experience for us to buy from them. There are many private individuals in Sweden who sell KuKirin on the marketplace Blocket after only having test driven it, probably for the same reason as us (that they did not know that electric scooters are considered mopeds in Sweden). If the company truly cared, they would have cancelled the purchase. I contacted their customer service three times but felt completely disregarded—the only thing KuKirin seemed good at was apologizing. If KuKirin wants to make amends, they could compensate the customers (in this case for the loss incurred when we had to resell the electric scooter to a private individual, after the company refused to provide a full refund when it was initially requested).

All good but the package was a little bit bad looking and the paint on the handlebar was scratched.
And I think I hear something rubbing on the front brake...

I ordered a Halo knight on June 11th and it is currently the 17th and the scooter has been sitting on awaiting shipment for almost a week and I would like to know why it’s taking so long I have tried to contact customer service but haven’t gotten a response I’m not the happiest considering it was supposed to be here by a certain time but it doesn’t look like it will be I’m not happy and want it shipped out NOW! I recently got my kukirin G4 its my absolute dream scooter i love it thanks kukirin but the wait was too much tho,it was worth it.

Company web site was easy to approach.
Order was also very easy to track and response from service desk was rapid.
Happy to order products again!

I’ve ordered a Kukirin g2 pro and so far the customer service has been incredible but I could wish that my Kukirin would arrive a bit sooner I’m soo excited for it
