Total scam
We purchased a scooter, it arrived broken in several places.
We asked for a full refund or replacement, they refused.
They sent us parts to replace (took us countless emails to get there). Then the scooter lasted exactly 40km.
It stopped working and we realised the battery had melted. (thank god it did not start a fire!!!)
They offered us a £15 voucher
It came nothing were wrong except I have a little throttle delay but I think I know how to fix it but yeah you can absolutely trust this side
If I could give zero stars I would. Took my money for an out of stock item and won’t refund me. Disgraceful. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
