Nice and competent staff at Kufatec in Bad Segeberg. Retrofitted full keyless (advanced key) on our A6 Allroad MY 2015 over the day, works perfectly.

They may offer great products, but don't expect to get descent customer care. Email responsetime is well over 1 day(nice if you want to give your customer an answer or in case of faulty hardware) and when you call for help you get told off.
As a VAG dealership you actually get told that "if you don't know what you are doing, ask a specialist"....Nope...great products, but sad customer care.

Kufatec was kind to help translate the German manual to a English version upon my query in Facebook. After-sales support was great-excellent. The product I purchased is working well as advertised. I hope the company continues to build up positive reviews by providing prompt and excellent support to their customers. Cheers!

I do not recommend this organization to family and friends.

You learn this organization Kufatec very well when you have problems. I have requested a manual of the Fiscon Plus product and which code you need to configure a FISCON Plus for Volkswagen Scirocco.
Despite the fact that they are the manufacturer (!!!), they can not give me this code nor the manual.

The correspondence was laborious because they did not respond my question and responded to questions i did not asked. And finally they responded with "In this case we can not help, sorry.".

I bought a fog light wiring loom for my golf from Kufatec. The instructions I received are for a LHD car and mine is a RHD, so I emailed asking for instructions for mine. I got told (taken from email) "In this case, the wiring harness needs to be mirror inverted installed / relocated and then should the fit there." Ok I thought until the install happened when i was faced with short wires and no access from the engine bay into the car. I again asked for help to get the wiring through the firewall into the car and got told "Unfortunately we do here no information and therefore you need here examine even where the wiring harness is best to install."

SO anyway......I end up cutting the loom, extending it and making my own route into the car to install it. I then realised i needed another control module to make the fogs work, so I emailed Kufatec again asking if they had a part number for which module supports fog lights. I can almost guarantee that Kufatec have carried out all of the functions they currently have guides for, therefore I expected (as a paying customer) for some actual support. Instead I end up getting told "Our technical support does not have any information regarding original partnumbers.
Please get in touch with your local VW/Audi dealer. They can lookup any original partnumber depending on your vehicle identification number."

You say in the instructions that you may need a new control module, however you are now telling me that you don't know which one?!?!

So yeah.....special thanks to Andreas Jansen of the Kufatec team who simply can't be bothered to help. Just so you know I will no longer be buying anything from Kufatec as a result of this complete lack of assistance. Judging by the reviews, I am not the only one who thinks this.

Have bought a new AUDI A3 which really annoying had this start/stop function every time you stopped with your foot on the brake. You where forced to cancel this function manually each time you started the engine. The "MQB Start/Stop programmer" did deselect this silly function in less than 2 minutes. Now a great car has become even more great and even more safe to drive. Ordered the device tuesday and arrived from Germany to Denmark with full tracked DHL delivery on thursday. I am so satisfied dealing with Kufatec.
