I have been trying to contact KT Bank for several days regarding an issue with my account, but I have received absolutely no response. No reply to emails, no follow up nothing. The lack of communication shows very poor customer service and attention to clients.

For a modern bank, responsiveness is essential. When customers cannot reach support for days, it creates stress and uncertainty. Based on my experience, KT Bank seriously needs to improve its customer care and response time.

At this point, my experience has been extremely negative, and I cannot recommend this bank to anyone looking for reliable banking services.

I have been trying to contact kt bank for days, but I have not received any response. The lack of communication shows poor attention to customer care. I hope they improve their service, but for now, my experience has been extremely negative.

It's hard to believe this is even a licensed bank -absolute timewasters and amateurs. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away. There are plenty of real banks out there.

My bank account was closed without giving a reason. When I called customer service they couldn't give a clear answer. The branch didn't reply to my email? I also called the phone number they gave me. They said Mr. Omer is not available, he will call you later. But no one called. I still don't know the reason why my account was closed.

Everything is complex in this bank. I sent an email to request a reset of my password and no answer since days, eventually, I had to call them, I can not imagine that if I want to reset the password, I need to write a hand-written request and send it to them! I am planning to close my account, no way this bank is living in the 21st century.

I have sent you a claim to return back a money which was deducted from my account for a service which I did not receive and I called twice. But you did not even answer my email. While in other banks clients are able to return back the money very quickly and easily.

It is really a week point on your services.
