Bought two pairs of trousers.

Really good.

Went to buy another and seems site is closed.

Ordered 2 pairs of trousers 2 weeks ago ! And sent numerous emails . Had no confirmation and no response ! Just want to k ow if I’m getting my order or my money back !!

Ordered a week and a half ago, nothing has turned up after being today delivery was 2-3 days. I’ve email and no response… Avoid at all costs

awful service, sent back my item and never received a refund. Emailed numerous times, messaged on Facebook and on Instagram and no response. Money stealers, this company need shutting down!!!!

Omg glad it’s not just me! Ordered some trousers and sent them back recorded and have had no refund. NEVER buy from here!!! Scum bags

Send 3 emails and text them on Instagram and still nothing. I will be sure to inform EVERYONE at my golf club and every club I play.

Disgraceful service, I returned the item via recorded delivery, emailed them numerous times and still had no response. They owe me £75.00 and are in possession of the goods. These people are absolute crooks. How these people can STEAL money in this way amazes me…….

As others have said, I had to return an item.

I have proof of delivery and yet no refund. Krux ignore emails.

The clue is in their name - they just spelled it differently.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

UPDATE - I have now received my refund but who knows whether or not it only arrived because I got so nasty on social media?

At best, Krux has dreadful customer service who completely fail to communicate with customers when things go wrong. At worst, they only refunded me because I was belligerent. I'll never know which.

Tried on numerous occasions to contact the company via email, instagram and Facebook regarding a return. Unfortunately, no response. I would suggest you do not purchase from this company.

Terrible service, returned items and never heard from them, 1 month since I have proof they received the goods back and still no response or any of my £131 back.

Customer Service is atrocious!!! Order placed then zero communication, no idea if or when clothing will arrive and no response to any emails sent!!! Avoid
