Harassed and humiliation by cashier.

I had terrible experience by one particular person African American cashier who humiliated me on front of all customers and constantly was calling me from behind cash while I communicated with a different employee for help at desk items. I spoke to kind and professional employees at the counter and asked for their help to view few items. I have returned those items to the front display. The same cashier continuously kept interrupting from far away, yet I was not interacting with her nor asking for her assistance at any given time. Since I entered store, I have been interacting with multiple employees who were professional and respectful unlike mentioned cashier. I was assisted with few other employees at given time and each time I moved or item that was passed to me from display I carried to station like many other shoppers to see if works, and she frequently would with yelling voice tell me this or that. I have asked her politely to please leave me alone. When I attempted to push shopping cart around bins, she sends someone to look through my stuff and all bags which was very humiliating. Even though all the staff on my cart was for me to purchase, including one cleaning brush that I checked with one employee if 2 cleaning brushes work & one wasn't functioning therefore, I gave broken one away and I said to that employee I ll keep this one. Employees who assisted me did not mention nor give me hell as that cashier did. Every employee but her was great. Next, I wanted to see if I will find any other items in boxes to purchase when she started to again interfere with my shopping experience and make it extremely unpleasant. She sent a younger female to check all my items which was completely disrespectful, humiliating and I felt discriminated by mentioned cashier and harassed.
In the shopping cart I had multiple items including cleaning brush as I wasn't aware that cleaning brush had to stay at display as I mentioned earlier that other employee who assisted me with this item never made any comment, and no one made a big deal about it as I was going to purchase all items in the shopping cart. Afterwards I approached manager to ask him if I am allowed to look around as I wanted to purchase more stuff and told him about my experience that she is been increasing her voice and he was humiliating me, embarrassing me and harassing me on front of everyone in the store. Very unprofessional cashier, then she came in and interrupted with yelling voice my conversation and start telling him that I was rude, yet I never yelled nor increased my voice at no one. I told her that I feel terrible and that she is yelling, she stated that you must be doing something wrong and that's why you feel this way. I just asked her if I am allowed to look at the items around and if she was treating everyone like this as it felt UNBARABLE HUMILATION towards me AND HARRASMENT BY THIS CASHIER. I asked her that as she continuously would say things to me, but I never interacted with her nor wished to do so as I notice that she is bothering me without me even glancing at her. I can't explain how humiliated I felt today and prior to that I have waited 2 hours on cold outside. Manager wanted to resolve situation as I decided just to cash it out as I didn't come to shop for someone to humiliate me and she was pushing more and contumely bothering me and telling me she will not cash me out as I was rude. I was not rude neither did I yell at her as she used her power to yell when talking to me. Store manager maybe Victor name, taller bluish-green eyes who is very helpful again and wanted to assist me with purchase. However, she didn't let it go of the cart and I didn't even feel anymore to be around her or in the store when I was treated as such terrible way. How its rude to ask store employee like her to please leave you alone when she clearly harassed me and to look around in peace. I am not sure how such people are working with customers. I have had never such a terrible experience in my life. Also shopping suppose be happy experience, but this cashier made it so miserable for me, constantly was after me, very unpleasant experience! This cashier made me to waste my time, energy and HUMILITED ME and kept talking over me and manager, I wasn't even able to express myself and what happened to manager as she kept twisting story how I was rude, and she never stop with her yelling voice talking to me.

Best shopping experience - all around!

This review is about the company Krazy Binz but more specifically, the 1590 Dundas St E, Mississauga location.

This location is simply amazing! They're not kidding with their slogan "A real life treasure hunt". But what's even more impressive is all the staff and management; Jesse the GM and Viktor the assistant manager, as well as the gals behind the counters are all simply amazing! They treat you like family, and I've never had a better shopping experience nor felt like I was family at any other stores.

Keep up the great work guys, and thank you for the great finds!
