Excellent kraamzorg, office needs to improve
The Kraamzorg Mama office needs some attention - neither our intake interviewer or our kraamzorg knew we were English despite us having told them more than once. However, our kraamzorg was brilliant - efficient, helpful without being intrusive and friendly. Her limited English was not a problem (thank you Google Translate!) Being English and not having the kraamzorg system in the UK, I was very uncertain about having a stranger in my home after the birth, but it's an excellent system that eases you into motherhood and gives you chance for recovery.

Good service
Asha helped our family for 5 days. She was teaching us how to bath our baby, how to breastfeed and take care of him. She was writing notes and suggestions in the “green book”. She was checking mama, let her rest and she was cleaning the house and do the laundry. Very good service, especially for people that don’t have family support in NL.
The day of the birth she came at our place one hour after we left the hospital, very precious help after a long busy day.
Chaime helped us for 3 days.
Overall very good service from Kraamzog Mama.

100% trusted care
It was comforting and pleasant to have the kraamzorg ladies with us for a week. In these precious moments with a newborn, having wel trained persons around is reassuring that you are in good hands. They took good care of the baby and me. The baby was checked everyday, the house was shining and all was under control.
