Bad service
Order was made for the 26th. You delivered on the 27th of november. No information was sent to me, the recipient got messages about the delay. Thats pretty bad service and not worth the price you ask unfortunately.

Hi, we apologize for the poor experience. Our delivery partner provides the best same-day door delivery service in the country, with great customer reviews and reliability. Unfortunately on this particular delivery there had been an error during transit and a next-day delivery was scheduled instead. Currently, only the recipients receive automated notification on delivery and we are looking at what we can do for the sender as well.
We'll get in touch via email for a compensation.

Personalized gifts with a true heart…
It's really hard to find a shop like this in Oslo and to send a gift to someone by ordering it online. Kosibox service was perfect, communicating in English was not an issue, I can only recommend if you want to surprise someone in this nice way. The selection of products is also great, unique and not ordinary gift :)
The delivery happened the next day, so big plus for speed too.
