Happy with delivery of our fridge and stove, nice people, done and installed in 10 minutes

David and Omer went the extra mile to ensure my 575 lb double vanity from Costco was delivered and carried into the room of choice. They took the vanity out of the box, before it was inspected by all 3 of us very carefully. They were at the end of their delivery day, but both David and Omer were diligent to ensure the vanity was handled with care, so no scratches to the painted surfaced occurred. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend Core Logistics!

I ordered a chair from Costco. It has been in Calgary for 3 weeks. Kore called me on June 15 and told me it would be delivered to Golden ( 3 hours away) on June 29. That was the soonest they could deliver. I asked if I could come pick it up in Calgary and was told NO. Then, the day of delivery, I am told it will come between 12:30 - 4 and receive a text message that will come. 10 minutes after I got the text message, I received a phone call telling me it wasn't coming. There was a delay in transit. When I inquired why she told me it wasn't in Calgary! Liars! Costco even verified it was in Calgary at the Kore warehouse. Kore logistics couldn't care less that I was a dissatisfied customer. They wouldn't even give me a new date instead just said we will try for next week. It has now been 6 weeks since I ordered my chair when I was told it would be delivered in 5-10 business days. Costco has told me they have a 2 year contract with Kore for furniture deliveries. I will not be ordered anything that needs to be delivered from Kore and highly encourage others not to order to save yourself huge hassle, grief and frustration. The absolute worst company ever.

Made my wife who has Osteoporosis drive down our driveway and load our bed by herself into her suv because I was at work!
This is why we paid for delivery!
The driver was too tired to unload our bed and wanted to reschedule.
Don’t pay for a service that they won’t provide!

extremely unprofessional customer service. Kore Calgary office does not answer calls, after calling more than 20 times i was able to talk once to find out about my delivery and customer service agent confirmed the driver will give me a call and confirm the arrival. I waste all day waiting for the delivery but did not show up. Kept calling next day if i am expecting delivery NO ANSWER, called 3rd day to find out about delivery KORE Calgary kept disconnecting my calls.
YOU CANNOT TRUST KORE Deliveries. pathetic service in fact no service at all. because i haven't received my delivery yet its 3 days since i got the msg that my delivery will be delivered in 4 hrs.

Kore Logistics is a delivery service used by Wayfair.ca to deliver their products.
However, if you attempt to change anything (for example a delivery address because Kore decided to deliver on a weekend), you are unable to get through due to lengthy delays and you will wait on hold for an unknown amount of time. After numerous attempts and finally after a 10+ minute wait, I was advised if I change the delivery address my delivery could be delayed another week and won't be on
Sunday.
So, if the delay ends up resulting on a delivery date that is NOT the weekend. Then I have to again attempt to call them and try to change the delivery location back to the original. As you can see, this could result in a non ending cycle.
However, after filling out a feedback form located on their website, they reached out to me and together we got the delivery info changed.
