There is NO support for this game
There is NO support for this game. When trying to tell them that recharging gems only takes money from me but no gems are given in game they reply telling me I owe them 6 USD! I play on Eu servers and always recharged using Euro not USD. Besides, how can I owe them money when they have taken mine and given me nothing in return?
Horrible company where you as a customer get no support and no resolution!

THIS COMPANY. HOHOHO.
This company poorly handles problems.
With hosting an english game, their tickets are unfortunately poor in english grammar and do not make any sense with grammatical errors. Along with sending tickets, the situations are totally one sided. You have no chance of defending yourself if you ever dispute with another player and they decide to report you for whatsoever reason they come up with. Or even with just koramgame themselves lol.
When trying to explain anything they have zero to no understanding or probably don't care.
