My trading agent at Konyax started out well in November 2019, with regular communication and steady trading success. I am no longer able to contact my agent; he is not responding on Whatsapp, nor has he since mid January. There has been no further trading in my account and none of the email addresses provided can be accessed. I have requested a withdrawal of my funds which was received "successfully" but no sign of the money being sent to me. Konyax appears to have taken my money and will not respond to any communication attempts.
