Dissatisfied with Poor Service and Unreliable Products
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your sjop. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by unprofessional and disinterested staff members who seemed more concerned with socializing than helping customers.
The store was in disarray, and it was difficult to locate the products I was interested in. When I did seek assistance, I was met with poor service and a lack of knowledge about the products on offer. I left the store without making a purchase, as I did not feel confident in the quality or reliability of the products being sold.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be returning to your store in the future. I would not recommend this shop to others due to the poor level of customer service and untrustworthy products
