The absolute worst quality plumbing…
The absolute worst quality plumbing I've ever seen. (On 2 Continents) Slow communication, no packing lists, missing parts from order. Smug response when questioning the quality of what was sent. Here's a direct quote from the response email I received, "We have a lot of big costumers that use or PVC line - also fore industrial use. We never had any complaims about the quality. So please if you can find better suppliers do that, we are pleased with the qoulity that we have in range. Second to that, we normaly dont take small orders like yours" Copy paste from the email verbatim. Obviously typed out in a hurry with the least amount of effort and concern for the customer. "Commercial and Industrial Customers" not with the products they sent me. The pipes were flared like conduit and had ZERO factory identification on them. (Legally required for commercial and industrial usage in any country in the EU or North America) The fittings appeared second run at best. The tolerance varied wildly on the ends of the same fitting barely coming close to minimum required tolerance for minimum working pressure. A lawsuit waiting to happen. If they have better, I certainly didn't get to see it. If you have to pay twice as much for your supplies elsewhere, do it. They're a waste of time and money, literally when you have to pay for return postage and lose time. I have to remind myself you get what you pay for.
