Ive never had such horrendous customer service in my life, rude dismissive service agents who will out right talk over you fell you to stop talking, talk down to you and be completely dismissive.
Only had my service 1 month and ive switched providers already. Do not recommend them.
Intermittent nbn connection dropping in and out on a weekly basis. Technical support sounds like a Mumbai call centre and their English is difficult to understand while being arrogant and combative. Sounds like they deal with lots of irate customers because they even have scripts ready when you start pushing back. Cancelation process is harder than pulley teeth. Shocking service and mediocre product.
Kogan are a scam site. Their internet is an extension of that. They do not keep their promises or honor their grantees. This is a buyer beware site
This is the kind of store with greed and corruption like only seen in the USA
biggest tech mistake I've made.
If your modem or service is faulty, they will not refund or replace the modem. Apparently this is in their sales conditions. The service fails constantly and has to sometimes be reset 3 times before you get internet again. It doesn't help that their help line is in india and they have no ability to help anyway.
