I haven't recive my order even I was at home.
I never had a notification that dpd have passed. Yesterday I recive an email that the articles turn back.

On October 26th I made an order
It was never delivered & to the best of my knowledge no attempt was made to deliver it. I never received any further notification of it.
I followed up with your customer service. The order was reissued on November 20th &
I received a dhl tracking number.
No recorded movement since November 21st.
I contacted DHL but that too was most unsatisfactory.
I have had multiple correspondence with customer care. I emailed 6 days ago & still no reply. I have started a completely new thread today.
I am most disappointed with the service I have received. I still want to receive the item

BAAAAAD costumer service
after the sending out of an expensive order with an incomplete address the costumer service was first not reachable and then, in two conversations, handled me in a demeaning and patronising way.
Don't support such a place

Ordered goods paid then heard nothing. Wrote after 10 days. They said it wasn't in stock, nothing else. Waited another 10 days still nothing. Still nothing. Cancelled order. This company has the worst communication and customer service. NOT RELIABLE
