I bought a Libra Color reader. I like the ability to write in the texts of the books I read. It's more like a physical book that way. It works well and is easy to get used to. I like the memory capacity and find it holds most of my series that I enjoy re-reading.

The Kobo Clara Colour has been performing very well so far. It's the perfect size for my bag and I can read anywhere- including in bed without a light-which is ideal. I really like the dark light setting for night time reading. The battery life is very long. This is my very first ereader and I'm glad I chose this make and model.

I want to update my shipping status!!
I bought a Kobo twice, the first time it didn´t arrived at the shipping place, asked for a refund and then bought it again. The package arrived a week later from the "delivered" email and status provided for both USPS and Rakuten, so I couldn't track where my e-reader was during that time. At first sight, the product arrived in well conditions.

Having trouble uploading e audiobook from libraries.

It was very easy to find the things I needed and also got it at a reasonable time!

This is my first e reader and I was a hold-out for many years. I love it. The ease, the size, weight, feel. Everything. I just got one for my sister in law as a retirement gift. She has converted from another e reader and absolutely loves her Kobo too.

I absolutely love my Kobo Clara. I did my research on e-readers and decided this was the best choice for me and I was right. The paper like screen gives me the feeling my mind and eyes appreciate as simply reading off a normal screen is daunting after working on a computer all day. Definitely recommend!

Product is good although not perfect.
Ordering easy but delivery slightly tardy, still ok though.
Having physical page turn buttons is great. I turn mine upside down so buttons on the left for reading in bed.
Colour is hopeless. Washed out and pretty much unreadable. Wish there was a simple BW in 7" without any of the bells and whistles, like the pen.

Purchasing my new Kobo was fast and easy, I had decided that I should get a new one for myself for Mother's Day as my old one is probably 15 years old and was starting to have issues.
I got my new one in about 5 days and got it hooked up pronto! The only problem i had was trying to hook up audio...
When I found out it really isn't audio! You use your cell phone and the Kobo app to listen to audio books! Good thing I like my new Kobo because I thought that was part of the package of it! I haven't tried reading on it outside yet but that was my other reason for upgrading so I can read in the sun! I also enjoy the cover and the part where you can start reading as soon as you open it, no waiting for it to start up like my old one, and of course less charging and charging time. All in all a great purchase!

I LOVE that Kobo lets you borrow books from the library so easily and that the books are not owned by Amazon. My only complaint is that sometimes the page turning is lagging a bit.

I wanted to switch away from amazon so I bought a Kobo Sage. It's a pricey item, but I was prepared to invest in something that would serve me well. Within a month, the screen was damaged despite being in a hard cover, in a bag. I'm 69 and don't lead a violent lifestyle, so I was surprised and disappointed. After much discussion, Kobo agreed to replace the damaged Sage with a refurbished one. Within a month of receiving that, the screen broke again. I have given up. Clearly this gadget is too fragile for my wild lifestyle. I've gone back to real books that don't break when you look at them too hard. Meanwhile, even getting my broken Kobo back to Kobo for recycling or refurbishment (for Kobo to sell again, no doubt), has been complicated and involved much chatting with bots, humans, email exchanges, data verification and on, and on. Tedious.
