Shabby shabby Shabby. It's OBVIOUS the staff is'nt well paid. One can tell by the shabby & nonchalant customer service. Most of them have an attitude & if u ask/call to speak to a manager, one isn't available on a Saturday. I felt cheated out of almost $70000.00 jamaican dollars to go to & from the airport. The staff member announcing the boarding call did not remember to announce a final boarding, the result was i sat right in front 3 busses being loaded & end up missing mine. Also, it's ok for them to tell you the bus is delayed more than once but they will not stop the bus driver to put you on the bus even when it's already leaving with your suitcase. The poor compensation is evident, staff takes no pride in their job.

I’ve always traveled back and forth…
I’ve always traveled back and forth from Montego Bay to Kingston with Knutsford Express and never had an issue but this time the entire bus had an awful scent it’s literally smelled like stale pee. Imagine a long drive with that scent being circulated this was by far the worst experience.
Shabby Knutsford Express Service
This is my third experience with Knutsford Express & I find then to be very unprofessional. There is absolutely no customer service and the more you complain, it's the worse they become because they have no competitor. The drivers are especially rude & lack finesse. Very rude & crash. Don't know where they get them from but they are u suitable for this kind of service. What they advertise on the website is false & should be reported for false advertising. They have no wifi on board & I'm told they haven't had any for years. There are Customer service agents on location in New Kingston who are clueless when you ask them a question & don't know how to do their jobs. They literally say they don't know & tell the customer to ask the driver about the wifi. Really? They take your money and treat you like you are begging them for the service that they should be providing. It's very shameful. Each time I recline the seat it keeps moving back up by itself & the driver doesn't know how to put the air conditioning on a moderate temp. It's either too cold or too warm. We have a bus full of warm bodies & some wearing masks & we cannot breathe because it's too warm. I tried to speak with him & he became extremely rude. This seem to be the sort of persons this company can employ & careless about pleasing g the customers. Other passengers shared they too were tired of complaining & it falling on deaf ears. Very disgraceful Knutsford Express. I would not recommend this service.
Worst customer experience ever!
Had major challenges with Knutsford express...two separate occasions.
The first time my brother and I booked ahead for him to travel and when we got there they told us there was no space so she would not give him a seat. The young lady refused to look at our proof of pre-booking. I had to threaten to speak to a manager to get them to do the right thing. In fact, everybody started to argue that they were unfair and that is what made her look at my proof and give my brother a seat.
Today was far worse than the 1st time. I was trying to find out information and I called their phone number many many times. Busy busy busy. So I used their WhatsApp bot. I kid you not when I say I waited between 9:29am and 2:14pm before an agent responded on WhatsApp. And now that the agent has come on I still have to to be waiting 2-5 minutes between questions to get an answer from her. Why can't she just answer me so I can come off this WhatsApp bot?
This is the worst and most disgusting customer experience I have ever had.
