Clive rung me basically as soon as they did the survey. Advised me everything was fine and didn’t need to do any work as the knotweed was far from the house.
Then had the survey through few hours later, after being told the turnaround is 74 hours.
Hope I don’t need to use the service again, but if I do, I’ll be coming back to this company. Very pleased.

I enquired about Japanese Knotweed with this company and spoke to Louise on 10th October 2024, she was extremely helpful and very patient with me in explaining to me regarding this knotweed and the cost and what next steps would be. I again dealt with Mollie and went through further questions I had, I asked if I could initially send some pictures or videos of the garden to see if this Japanese Knotweed can be spotted. She was extremely helpful and replied back to me within a day and confirmed that my new purchase has No signs of the Japanese Knotweed and without any charges to me.
