Terrible Company

I ordered a product in 23rd of april which was in stock according to the website and today is 30th of may and I didnt receive the product.
I sent 5 emails asking where is the product, no answer.
I asked for refund, no answer.
Can you please refund my money asap and start behaving?

Satake Houcho knife set

Purchased the Satake Houcho knife set last week and received them today. Fast and smooth delivery and got the knives for a discounted price so nothing to complain about! Can definitely recommend! :)

Usally ok but very long delivery time

Usally ok but very long delivery time, doubt he has the products in store, most likely just orders it for you at a Cost higher then If you had imported itself, maybe order from somewhere else?

POOR customer service

My order should have been delivered by now, but nothing. No answer to customer support queries either. DO NOT BUY!!!

useless

Ordered a knife but never got the bill to pay it. Wrote two emails to the support and just got replied "it comes with mail" and "it should be payed with billmate".. Today i get a reminder in my mail with a fee for beeing late with the payment! useless service im never bying from here again

ALERT

ALERT! I ordered 2 knives month ago, wrote several mails to their customer service to ask status on my order and to get track and trace number.Their socall customer service never replied to any of my mails. As a customer I was ignored!!!
One month after paying I finaly recieved my order yesterday but they sent me wrong and broken knife aswell.
I would never recomend them or give them any stars. Stay away from this people. The only reason I dont report this to a lawyer will be waste of time and money. They are not worth it. Long waiting time, they never reply to customers and they send wrong and broken products.
